Great for a relaxed beach holiday”
Very clean and comfortable new hotel situated right at the beach in Hoi An. Communication from the hotel was excellent to arrange an airport transfer, the driver was on time and easy to find. The drive from Da Nang isless than an hour. The room is well furnished with firm bed, excellent linen, amazing hot rainhead shower and big TV with good selection of programs. Included breakfast was excellent with a good range and some variation from day to day. Lots of good Vietnamese coffee available. The in house restaurant / room service also good. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach which is fine for a few hours of sun, and a long walk to the main An Beng beach. A taxi to the beach is under 100000VND, and to the old town centre about 110000VND. Lots of food choices nearby. Highly recommended.

Fivitel Hoi An – A “GOLD STAR” Hospitality Experience”
We have just experienced a truly delightful week and this brand-new hotel. Wow… What a wonderful experience this has been. It is an enormous project to get everything completed, and this wonderful team of staff ALL work together to provide such an excellent experience for their guests. Staff learn your name and assist when you depart and welcome you back with big smiles when you return from a day of travel adventure. Everything is so easy. Everything you want is either at the hotel, or an easy walk down the road. The best position on Hoi An’s gleaming white beach is just 100m from the front door. More friends of our group arrived a day after us. They were welcomed warmly, collected from the airport by private car and treated with the same grace & warmth that we were on our arrival. It was so lucky to stay in this hotel. The room was so clean and cozy, wide enough for 2 people to stay comfortable. The pool on the rooftop was amazing. It was cleanly managed and super nice. The hotel crew was super duper kind to us and they were all ready to support us at any time. Lucy, Selena, Michael, Grey were really supportive and super nice. I am really sure that I want to book this hotel when I go travel Hoi An once more.

Great experience, exceeds expectations”
1 week stay, escaping Melb winter. Fivitel Hoi An is a new boutique style hotel, located <5min walk to broad sandy ocean beach, safe for swimming and chilling. Several hundred metres beyond the hustle of the more populated beach area, has a couple of local vendors to buy cool drinks, snacks from in shady tree area back from the sand. Not far from many decent eateries, Bao Han restaurant (17 Cua Dai) a fave. Room has all comforts. Bed/linen and ensuite great. Everything you expect is installed. Breakfast food variety and quality is superb and plentiful in bright ground floor restaurant. Smiling, communicative staff make a beautiful start to the day. Guests’ tastes from many countries including local VN families, are well catered for. Very happy to recommend and will be back. If you appreciate smaller hotels with attentive and genuinely friendly staff, you’ll love this place. Thanks to ALL staff for making my stay happy and memorable, esp. Pros: Very close to the beach. Has a private beach area designated for Fivitel guests. Quiet location and surroundings. Beautiful rooms. Great breakfast. Shuttle to old town. Umbrellas and bicycles available easily. Cons: The shuttle timings are not the best -- the first one leaves at 10 am and there’s none after that till 2 pm. The last shuttle back to hotel leaves old town at 9.15 pm, so if you want to stay till later, you will have to hire a cab. Since the check-in time is 2 pm, you must leave by the 4 pm shuttle if you want to enjoy the old town in evening, so that you have enough time till you return by the 9.15 pm shuttle. If you leave by the 7 pm shuttle, you won't get enough time, or will have to pay for cab. Overall, nice hotel. Pick if you want to stay at the beach and travel to the Old Town (10 minutes away by shuttle).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fivitel. We initially booked 5 days but decided to add an extra 2 nights. During our 7 day stay, every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful - especially Lucy who helped us so much after we checked out, even organising our taxi to Danang to get our night train. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to the old town is great and the free bikes are great.

Lovely stay”
New facility so all amenities are functioning well. We were provided a free room upgrade and delicious hot pot dinner for two, which was very fun. The staff is very attentive and sweet (special thanks to Lotus!). The weekend can get busy and rowdy with all the Vietnamese people who come to the beach to get away. The pool is on the roof, so space is limited, the bar is currently under construction. The beach is across the street, which is not too busy. Bicycles can be borrowed, which is good given most shops are a few blocks away. Overall great stay for the cost.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic!! We got an upgrade and the room was super, big and really clean. The breakfast was good and the pool is Nice. Not big but ok. The free bicycles and shuttle to the center are great as well. Loved this hotel!!!

Pros: + Great place, nice location opposite the beach and have private beach and the pool at rooftop. + The room is new, neat and clean. The mini bar price is also very good. + Having a little gym and a decent coffee shop at the roof. + Spa price have a bit discount and the staff was nice. + Free bike rental +The cleaning staff was doing very good job. Cons: + The food at the restaurant which the hotel giving coupon is not really good, have to order many time to get what I want. + The staff was not showing much the passionate and honestly need training about the hotel standard. + The location is good by facing the beach but quite too far to the old town. I think this is good hotel to stay in overall. Everything is good, only need to improve about the standards and the quality of the hotel staff in order to make every thing better.

We had a great stay there - the staff is super friendly and kind....so lovely! The location is at the beach, so it's easy to swim - there's also a great rooftop pool with a great view. If you like to visit the oldtown, then u can use the hotel shuttle for free. There should be more running times on the timetable. We took several times the taxi instead of the shuttle (costs per ride 120k vnd) I would definitively recommend Fivitel!

The best stay in Vietnam”
Its central to the beach, but about 15 minutts to An Bang beach and to Old City, but they have shuttlebus to both distances. A really nice hotel, with a good price. Amazing breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff, who made our stay. The best massage in Asia. I will hardly recommend this hotel to everyone. We had booked 1 night, but stayed 6.

We arrived and were served their fabulous welcome drink. A hibiscus tea fusion that was so great we asked for one very day. Sarah leads a great team at the reception front desk. Lotus and Sarah were always attentive and proving excellent service and answered all our questions. They were very nice and we had many conversation and became friends. Lucy and Thy Thy were great at helping us find locations and calling us taxis. My family really enjoyed the Fivitel breakfast as we were able to fill up and go through our tours without needing lunch. The kitchen staff was the best service I have had in many years and the food was delicious. The private beach was across the street, but was never over crowded and there were always umbrellas and chairs available. I can not thank the staff a Fivitel enough for making our stay in Hoi An a great and memorable one. -Carrera Family

Almost everything is good. Except the bed and the pool made use a little bit uncomfortable. The bed we booked was a double queen (king) bed, but I was surprised that it's 2 single beds connect together. So what is the difference if we book a room with 2 single beds? Very uncomfortable when laying on the center of the bed. The second thing is the pool. The pool borders are not clean. It has a "black" line with the oil??? Pls consider them.
