Overall we enjoyed the hotel even though the room was in a little rough shape. It does need some renovations. But the location is excellent in the middle of the Strip. The staff was excellent and the room was clean. But for older folks over 50, you can forget the pool. It was packed to the rafters with hundreds of people in the pool dancing to loud music. I probably would have loved it 30 years ago, but now I enjoy quiet, relaxing time at a pool now. That was impossible at the Flamingo. Also, $14 bottles of water? That's an obvious rip off and overcharge. It's doubtful we'll stay here again. It is what it is...a good location hotel that caters to younger people who don't mind overpaying for basic necessities.

“Flamingo accommodation review”
The Las Vegas Strip itself is wide, so you'll need a car or a lot of walking to get to other attractions, but the location seems good. I walked from the hotel to see the Sphere performance, and after the show, it was late and there weren't many restaurants open, which made it tricky, but it was convenient to use the food court in the hotel. The hotel had so many facilities that it was hard to get around, but the room was well laid out, and the view was nice. It was clean, and the room condition was excellent. I did wish there was a coffee pot. You need to arrive early at the parking lot to find a spot!!! If you're even a little late in the evening, there are absolutely no spots available. I drove around for over 30 minutes. I was so tired I felt like crying. Aside from that, everything was good.
