i dont usually stay homestay as i have bad experience on homestay which different from photos when arrival. But this homestay is have change my mind and out of my expectation. The house have Big space and very clean. Very worth for money. Furthermore they have reception that on duty and easy check in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend to stay.

We've been staying here for our business trips since last year. The staff are responsive as we normally check in after office hour and check out early in the morning. So far no issue with the check in and check out process.

Nice Apartment”
Very clean, aircond working well, can cook and nice kitchen. Comfort bed. New building, nice apt. Feel safe during stay. Swimming pool water too cold. Other than that, all meet the expectation.

The condo is pretty new and quiet, with good security system. The unit we stayed had two bedrooms (approx 800+ sf) - cleanliness level was decent, furnishing was basic and generally comfortable for 3-4 pax. Mumsie was an extremely particular person, so for her it was not that clean (eg. a strand of hair at the corner); I guess for the average person it's acceptable :) I like how close the place was to Mid Valley Southkey, and how convenient the checkin/checkout processes were.

The apartment was acceptable. Safe and secure with guards all around. Well maintain with cleaners and workers doing their daily routine. The kids pool is rather lame and boring. Nothing much around except for an Indian food stall and some grocery store. Abit pricey compared to other apartments at better location.

Poor management ”
Nice out look Condominium but our unit not well maintained. Poor management with unfriendly staff while checking out. Staff come after half an hour with very unfriendly & rude attitude to collect the keys & refund us the deposit. Definitely would return again.

beautiful, clean and awesome infinity swimming pool”
the location is away from the congested Johor Bahru., but not too far to Woodlands checkpoint. The condo is very new and clean and the swimming pool is awesome. We ended spending whole day at the pool as there is not much guests using it, we literally have the pool to ourselves. The jacuzi is also nice. The condo itself is very big and can fit families really well. Will definitely stay here again.

Apartment is very new and value for money. Nice swimming pool. Clean apartment. Modern layout. However, flexiasia should have more staff to be on standby. We have informed that we will arrive at 5pm. However, when we reached, staff were not in the apartment and came back around 5.45pm as they had something urgent to attend to. It will be good if they can inform us in advance instead of us waiting at the lobby or perhaps have another staff on standby to settle our check-in. Else, everything was good.

Well equipped clean apartment”
Master bedroom has airconditiong or fan option with nice windows that allows nice strong breeze from the bay. It comes with comfortable bed, side tables and dressing/work table, ironing board and hair dryer in the walk in closet as well as en-suite bathroom, towel and basic toiletries. 2nd room has nice bed and built in cupboard but uses outside/guest bathroom. Kitchen comes with basic tea/coffee making set, dining crockery + utensils and a washing machine. Respective key cards are required for driving in and out, accessing into building and getting in and out of the apartment. The added security was a bonus for us women travellers. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the value of money.

It was a good stay.Check in/check out was easy and friendly staff Max and Yuslina.2 bedroom with nice summer wallpaper.So cozy and feels like home.But wifi should be improve N maybe 1 room can hv a king size bed or a bunk bed fr kids.Swimming pool is good as it has kids and adult swimming pool.It has playground.We would love to come back there again.

Took us 10 mins drive from Johore custom. Huge place. The pool was awesome. U can never hate the staff. Liana n Max was very helpful n Super friendly. They make me feels very welcome. Mikasa Sukasa ... that’s how they make me feel. Thumbs up... sincerely yours botak.

The staff service is friendly and good. Place is clean and value for money. As it is within a private condominium. It better to look out for Agoda email after book and submit your contacts and estimate arrive time if you are arriving late. It is not like hotel where you can arrive anytime you want. the apartment actually locate within Crescent Bay suites.

Easy to check in, location is good for those who self drive. The staff is pleasant and nice, the apartment is very clean, new and spacious for a good rest. Check out the infinity pool and playground which are good for children.

Very accommodating and considerate host. Remained contactable when we were stuck in massive traffic jam. Fast action. Room was fully furnished, right to even providing plastic cups for families with young children. Property was super clean and walking distance to many eateries (with screen to watch football), convenience stores, snooker tables, hair salon, clinic, petrol station etc.
