Cheap and convenient”
the good: nicely sized room compared to other Japanese hotels, clean, handy they have a cheap laundry room on the main floor, bus stop 2mins walk, 24hrs convenience stores 2mins walk, amazing Sento around the corner, quiet neighbourhood. the bad: nearest underground stn is about 10-15mins walk, kinda old-school "kitchen" and bathroom in the room.
Thank you very much for staying FLEXSTAY INN Shirogane. We appreciate to hear that you are satisfied with your stay. However, we are sincerely sorry about kitchen and bath room problem that we caused. We would sincerely like to thank you again for offering your comments to us. We will continue to work hard to improve our service and look forward to welcome you back again soon. Sincerely, FLEXSTAY INN Shirogane
The place was very near where I needed to be. The staff was okay. Not rude, but also not particularly exceptional. Room was clean.
Thank you very much for your stay. I receive impressions and I thank

nice hotel, good for the money”
Very decent hotel, nice personnel, clean rooms. No problem, it's good for the money if you're traveling to Tokyo with a reasonable budget. Wealthy district, calm area, a bit complicated to get to the metro from there.
Thank you for your generous review of our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon.
Very helpful staff”
It's a good budget hotel. The location is a little bit inconvenient. But there are some excellent restaurants and bars! The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom is small. It was just right for my 150cm frame.
Very convenient and quite place, a lot interesting bars around
Everything was perfect except the location is abit far from station, like 15 minutes walk.
Good stay and value for money”
Eventho the staff speak minimal english but they will try their best to assist you with hand gestures:) the room is a standard small size in Japan i guess but the bed is comfortable. There is a lots of 24h shop around the hotel and and there's 2 subway station with less than 15mins walk.
For budget travellers”
A unique Japanese (Tokyo) experience”
My stay was very pleasant at this hotel, the perfect location to have a sense of normal life in Tokyo. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
It was a good stay. The hotel is very cheap for Tokyo and its easy to get around from where the hotel is located. There is no cleaning service, but that wasn't a problem as they give you enough towels. The bathroom is really small, but its not a big deal unless you are you require a lot of space. There are good restaurants around if you go explore such as burger mania, and Ippudo ebisu. These are two really good restaurants near by. Also there are little markets to buy fruit, snacks , and water near the hotel. The Hiro-o station is about a 12-15 minute walk away from the hotel. I would recommend staying on the first floor if you do not like walking up stairs or can't, since there is no elevator. I would stay here again If I go back to Tokyo, especially because of the reasonable price.
Stay was great! I hope there will be signs next time!
A bit out of the way, but big room!”
Convenient and clean hotel!”
As usual easy booking and great hotel! Easy to found , great location , clean and calm.Very near restaurant and convenient store. 5mn walk train station , 20mn taxi Tokyo station. Thanks ..
Good value, no frills, comfy bed”
No frills, and not a lot of room to move, BUT no-where in Tokyo has any room to move unless you're paying silly money, so for a quick overnight you could do a lot worse. Pleasant, English-speaking front desk staff. Bed was very comfy. Walking distance (if you like a brisk 15m walk) from Ebisu station on the Yamanote line.
Good value for expensive part of Tokyo”
This is more of a short term apartment rental than a hotel. Room was small with the semi bed in, struggled to place 2 suitcases without them always getting in the way. Room is a little bit dated inside. No lift which is a pain when you've got heavy bags. Decent walk from nearest JR station. Not the easiest place to find, down a small side street and sign out front says "Weekly Mansion Tokyo". Fire station just down street, they like putting their sirens on in the middle of the night. But despite all that, the place was overall quiet and comfortable enough and we had a good stay.
Good for Japanese style bath lover.”
I stayed here from Oct 19th 2011 until Oct 29th, 2011 with my husband too. We booked a double, but it was actually semi-double. The room was equiped 1 microwave, 1 cooking range, therefore, I think it is good for the couple or solo traveler to look for a self-catering, budget hotel. It is simple, but enough for sightseeing. This hotel's feature is "Aqua Garde Mitsukoshi Yu(a big japanese style public bath, called "Osento")" is loceted across the street. It is equiped with Sauna, too. Osento is not facility of hotel, but only less than one minute, you can enjoy your lovely bath time. It takes about 10 minutes to the closest station by walk, but convenience stores are near the hotel, also it is located in center of south Tokyo area(Minato ward, one of the most expensive area in Tokyo, close to Roppongi, Hiroo, Ebisu, Juban, Shibuya or so on), so easy to access popular places, for that area, the price is very reasonable. As I mentioned above, "Osento" is able to erase any bad points, such as staffs don't speak English, and a small and old room.
