Quiet and comfortable.”
This is a great middle range hotel in a quiet street just two minutes walk from the excitement and colourful markets of Karol Bagh, and the excellent Delhi Metro. The decor is probably what struck me first; very tasteful with relaxing colours and a strong hint of European classical with it's paintings and trim. Management and staff were friendly and helpful with an unobtrusive manner. My room was spotlessly clean, with a mini-fridge and coffee-making facilities, and the bathroom appointments were faultless; quite rare for many Indian hotels. The breakfdast buffet was adequate, though I would have liked just a little more choice. The evening meals were freshly prepared to order, and delicious. Language was a problem with the dining room staff, and like most of India, they haven't yet learnt to stand back discretely while patrons are eating. All in all I enjoyed mt stay here and I will be returning in a few days after a side trip. Well recommended and with a reasonable tariff.

Value for money”
The location is perfect, near metro station and in the heart of karol bagh shopping centre. Restaurants are nearby. Staff is very welcoming. Managers Ashish and Santosh are sympathetic, very helpful and caring. Mr Santosh went out of his way to provide assistance and advice regarding information on our trip to Uttarakand. Mr Ashish made our stay more comfortable by upgrading our room standard. The late check out facility was also much helpful to us and we much appreciated this good gesture. We will come back again. Just hope that hotel goes for some minor renovation to maintain its standard.

Pretty nice hotel for the price”
The hotel is located in Karol Bagh, which is pretty central to everything in Delhi. The room was decently sized and clean. Evertyhing has a little wear, but it is fine. My one complaint is that there was a charge for everything. Wifi was available for a charge by the hour. There wasn't even complimentary bottled water. However, all in all, I was happy with the hotel and our stay there, especially for the price.

Excellent staff, good food, and location”
We stayed here multiple times traveling in and out of Delhi. The staff was always congenial, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were always clean. The restaurant served good Indian food, and the breakfast buffet was acceptable. Get a good coffee machine to enhance the travellers experience, and stop charging for wifi-this will lose you business I the future if this is not done for the casual traveller or the business traveller. Otherwise excellent hotel.

It is centrally located in Karol Bagh, but sometimes cab drivers are confused with the location as there are too many road closures for entry and exit near by to this property. Breakfast is served within the premises. There are many food options in just 2-5 mins walk. Ajmal Khan road and Karol Bagh metro is just at 5 mins walk able distance. Check in and check out was smooth. Staff is ready to help. My request for Room Heater was fulfilled in just few minutes. Few rooms bathroom accessories need renovation.

Nice, clean and comfortable stay at this hotel.. Friendly staff.. The only disadvantage is the location near to karol bagh busy market. Other than that its good hotel. I will stay again.

Comfortable stay in family friendly hotel”
This hotel was close to Karol Bagh, ideal for those who want to shop. Friendly staff, great food in the restaurant. Only downfall was that there's not much of a view and wifi inst free.

Lovely midrange hotel with adequate sized rooms ”
Staff here were exceptionally helpful. Did not like the deluxe rooms as only had a window by the ventilator shaft but the premium rooms and executive rooms were very nice. The staff were making a concerted effort to maintain the quality and standard of the hotel ( waxing floors, painting etc ). The food was good. Would prefer to have a morning espresso versus Nescafé. They do charge for Wifi and also a taxi to terminal 3 costs 700 rupees yet a prepaid taxi from the airport to the hotel costs 350 rupees ( including two bags ).

Good 'all round' hotel”
Nice hotel - great marble decor - fancy windows and doors. Our room 304 - no window but didn't notice there wasn't one. Great breakfast. Very close to markets! Handy to McDonalds. We will be back. :)

Rather dated hotel in good tourist area”
A good 3 star hotel in a well trodden tourist area, relatively quiet for Delhi. 5 mins walk to the metro. Some of the rooms only have windows to a light shaft and the aircon system Is very antiquated, but the rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful

A bit of a dump”
This place is a bit of a dump. The room had no windows and was like a sauna. There was AC but it sounded like a jet-fighter taking off. The wifi is basically non-existent. You had to get tokens from the front desk and then it would take about 3 minutes for a simple webpage to load. Staff seemed fairly disgruntled. Breakfast was pretty gross as well. The only good thing about this place is the location. I don't usually write bad reviews for places but this place really annoyed me. I'm sure better hotels can be found in Delhi for this price range.
