Dissappointed”

My group of ladies booked a smoking room... upon arrival we were told we have to smoke on the roof which was very far from our room! The air-con was not working in the heart of summer! We suffered in that hot room, they gave us a small fan which did absolutely nothing! The room was neat and clean, comfortable beds and staff were friendly. The hotels location is perfect for a night out on Florida Road.

The hotel staff were super friendly & professional. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. The only thing that was disappointing was the loud music in the late evening. It seemed like the room windows were open that is how loud the music was. If you are on holiday then this is the place for you as there were great restaurants in the area but if for business or sports competitions then not recommended if you need your sleep.

Breakfast ”

I wasn't happy about their breakfast, i thought it was a buffet only to find out they made u choose. I paid R100. 00 for a burger and one small glass of juice it was a total turn off.

Acceptable”

Like the comfort of being in a small room cosy, Downside staff not properly groomed walking around wit Sandle’s no uniform very untidy. Staff were not sanitizing. For E.g. breakfast was made in the back and brought to me aswel as coffee no staff had mask nor sanitizing left without eating Day2 asked for a takeaway coffee staff was Mopping the floor a colleague asked him to give a take away cup he did not wash his hand nor sanitize jus handed left again wit break Est. Coffee which I paid for

Best location, but Tv channels sucks, only SABC channels

When booking on line it is not stated that visitors are not allowed in the rooms .”

There is no lounge or mini business centre to accommodate business guests

Pathetic Service”

There service is terrible. The lady at reception was absolutely rude and arrogant. She was not helpful at all, I made a booking online but when I get to the hotel they tell me they don't have a room for me, they are fully booked despite the fact payment was already made. I then had to wait hours for them to try and get a room for me.Very poor service but what was more disappointing was the manner in which the lady at reception dealt with the issue, her customer service and people skills was pathetic..... Would not recommend this place to anyone soly because of the customer service

Bath room shower was dirty, black algae on shower malls, and extremely noisy.
