Wonderful Villa”

Pool, location, the amount of space. The property owner is very good and dealt with any issues we had promptly.
Rental company hard to get hold of. Had to contact the property owner directly in the end to discuss issues. Previous holidaymakers left pool deck messy and neglected the bins and the rental company hadn't dealt with this properly.

Wonderful”

We enjoyed everything about this vacation home. The private pool was especially lovely for the kids, it was perfect size for us. The only thing we had problems with was there was no access to a vacuum cleaner or Mop bucket to clean up after ourselves. We like to leave places the way we found them to make it easier for owners and the cleaning crew but without these items it made it difficult however we did the best we could. The owners were great with communication when we had questions and even had things at the house for us to borrow or use for out stay, a stroller and pool toys for example that went above and beyond my standards of what was expected. I would recommend this house to friends and family traveling to Florida and would definitely book it again in the future.

Everything Andy's house is spectacular, it has all the necessary comforts to spend your vacations, the neighborhood is super quiet, beautiful and clean, the house is big, clean, and Andy is friendly. I recommend it 100% Maravilloso lugar, limpio, cómodo, grande, tranquilo.

The location was perfect for our trip to Dusney. If we go back we will use this house again
I wish they had curtains on the windows in the bedrooms. I like it dark when I sleep.

It was a very beautiful clean home comfortable and cozy to spend time with the family. The price was awesome
The reason I didn't like it because of the fact that I did not read my terms of the lease. My sister came from Miami with her Yorkie dog and she was there for about three and a half hours. The dog never went inside the home she was outside the pool area with a diaper on. I did not know no pets allowed. $75 was taken out of my deposit. I did not see no staff no one came up to me to let me know either about the dog not being allowed there. Besides it was a great place beautiful and comfortable.

Only one trash can and one recycle can, when we got there trash was over fill, trash picked wasn’t until 3 days later was told someone was coming to get some of the trash that didn’t happen, only two TVs in the house, the pool bottom is very ruff you got to wear beach shoes in it are your feet will get cut ,

I loved the little neighborhood the house was in. The a/c was not working upon arrival. They were quick to fix it within 20 min. The home was clean and spacious. It felt like home away from home. It was nice after being out all day to come back and enjoy the house and pool. Would definitely recommend and the property is priced reasonable.
It was by a golf scenery. But it didn't invade us in any way!!
