Nice little hotel”
The grounds the hotel was on were cute with a small restaurant. It is right on the beach so that is convenient and there are other shops and restaurants located nearby. (Eat at PRAVA) It is in a quiet part of the island so you won't have to listen to any crazy late night parties. The sheets were sort of dingy and there was only a stained mattress pad in lieu of a fitted sheet. I wasn't sure if this was intentional or not. The room was basic with a small balcony.

Very old, worn down, dirty sheets and towels! Disgusting old full of mould madrasses on sunbeds. Only cleaning staff was friendly!

very disappointed ”
We stayed for 2 nights. Everything was normal and we can accept. The breakfast and food in the property were very bad but at least they try. The staff was nice but they speak very bad English. in the morning of our check out, we forgot our sound speakers. We know where exactly we left them.I called to ask for it but they swear where they didn't found.I believe they have been just stolen. This very disappoints me.I work in hotel and we always return lost and found items to our guests

Worst 3-star hotel on the island. Lazy and clueless staff (but friendly), old rooms, ant infested, aircon didn't work, didn't clean or make up the room, lousy breakfast. After staying here, I don't trust the ratings at all for this hotel!

Good Hotel for a view days”
Nice hotel, but under construction in some parts. Friendly stuff and restaurant with seaview. Loads of mosquitos, but no net in our standard-room. Nice Pool!

Quiet location and beachfront ”
I chose this hotel for its close proximity to Lomprayah pier Maenam and the new location of the immigration department. A good value hotel, all areas kept clean and lovely gardens well maintained. Also right on a clean beach. The rooms have direct access to nice pools, with your own area to sit with table and chairs, in addition to sun loungers by the pool. The rooms are really spacious, as is the ensuite bathroom. Lots of storage areas. The bed was big, comfortable with clean fresh linen. Their restaurant is right by the beach and they serve a basic breakfast. A big plus was that they have fresh coconuts available (I live on a neighbouring island and many places don't have them which is always disappointing when away for a few days) The staff here are very helpful and have a warm manner, making my stay a pleasure. I will come back.

Two night stay”
The reception staff don't know what they are doing. The girls needs to improve their English. They need to hire someone who has experience in the hotel industry. However, the only redeeming factor was the driver, he was very knowledgeable and friendly!

Nice small hotel with good facilities but completely untrained staff”
Unfortunately, the staff was completely untrained and did not speak any (!) English. How managers believe they can effectively run a hotel without training their staff in such a location that lives off of mass tourism remains a miracle to me. While the staff tried to be friendly (though appearing quite arrogant sometimes) but they did not even know the difference between fried and scrambled eggs. If you start your mornings having to explain every single thing 5 times just to get something else, you will be frustrated soon. When I asked the staff manager whether his staff was being trained in English he answered "This is not easy. Do you want to teach them?" Thanks no, I'm on holiday... I don't think you should reply to your guest in such a way. Pity, as the place could be really nice otherwise.

Aptly named hotel..”
Set in lovely gardens by the sea. 3 pools. Rooms are generally good but some improvements could be made: towels vary in quality, no kettle in the standard room and some problems (which were solved) with getting hot water for the shower. Staff very helpful and friendly. There was a good selection of food for breakfast although a variety of bread would be nice.
