Great Location but no English”
We stayed over weekend in 2 rooms (one room us, one room parents). Rooms are smaller but with new carpets and furniture and are tidy, warm and neat. There were some small details which should be included in 3* hotel but weren't: Missing soap and shampoos in one room. It's nothing so serious, but to be sure, take your own. Hairdryer was also broken. Service is OK, but personally I didn't meet anyone of employees who could speak a foreign language (No English, German whatsoever), luckily one of parents speaks very good Hungarian otherwise we would have problems. Most of the staff are OK, and friendly and helpful, but 1-2 of the receptionists (older guys) are complete idiots, unfriendly, unwilling to help (yes don't be surprised, that you will get an idiotic feeling that you are such horrible person bothering this guy even with your arrival), not aware of fact, that some people might book/have booked rooms online. At arrival we had quite interesting initial 10 minutes until the guy found our reservation. Be aware quite often in Hungary they swap your name/surname in documents, and that leads to confusion. Beside that really negative experience with receptionist (he acted that way all the time next 2 days) everything was OK and we were satisfied. They have really excellent restaurant there - definitely must try.

ロケーションがよい”
旧市街にあり、観光の中心地。 市の塔、黄金の小屋根や王宮などもすぐ近く、とてもロケーションが良いです。 ホテルの外観や館内、フロント周りなどもチロル的かわいさ。 室内は洗面所とベット、机 （冷蔵庫はない） シンプルでおちつけます。 インスブルックを楽しむなら、ここはオススメ 食事はしてないのでわかりません。

Jó szállás, megengedhető áron”
Meglepően tágas volt a szoba, és tiszta, ahogy vártam, kellemes, masszív fa bútorozással, 80cm-es LCD-vel. A tusoló rózsa nagy volt. Nem tetszett, hogy a zuhanyzó ajtaja nem zárt tökéletesen és egy kis víz kiszivárgott a fürdőszoba közepére, meg hogy a zuhanyzóban nem volt szappan, csak a kagylónál, de ezek apró részletek. A szobában volt kis hűtőszekrény és légkondicionáló, de egyiket sem használtam, november végén. A reggeli jó volt, vacsorát nem itt fogyasztottam, habár az is benne volt az árban. Reggelire tea, kenyér, vaj, íz, tej volt bőven, mást rendelni kellett (ha jól emlékszem, lehetett választani sonkás rántotta, virsli, hagymás rántotta és mások között). A rántottámat kábé két perc alatt kihozták. Az ablak egy aránylag forgalmas utca felé nézett, ezért reggel kissé zajos volt. Parkolás a hotel utcájában történik, az utca két oldalán (egyik oldalon a járda felén és az úttesten, a másik oldalán a fenyők alatt, a vízhez közel, de nem csúsztam be). Szerencsére találtam helyet, estére több autó elmegy (vagy becsúszik), de délután alig van egy-két lyuk. Viszont három-négy épülettel odébb, sok hely van a fizetett, nyitott, városi parkolóban. A személyzet kedves és figyelmes volt. Az árhoz képest minőségi szállás, úgyhogy valószínűleg máskor is felkeressük a Halászcsárdát.

Tetőtérbe épitett kis ablakos szobák”
A vendéglátás szinvonala közepesnek mondható, viszont az árak az étteremben nem a közepes hanem a magas szinvonalhoz alakitottak. A levegötlen szobák mellett az étterem élő zenéje is zavarta a pihenést.A fürdő és WC kőzős helységében a szellőztetés nem megoldott vagy nem müködött.

Apartamentul in care am stat avea unul dintre dormitoare pe colt ceea ce a facut ca temperatura din interior sa fie destul de scazuta. Tinand cont ca, pe timpul noptii, nu au fost mai mult de 5-6 grade afara, am solicitat pornirea centralei termice deoarece in camera nu erau mai mult de 15-16 grade. Desi ni s-a promis ca de la ora 22:00 vom avea caldura in camere, dimineata ne-am trezit de parca dormisem in congelator. Bine ca nu au racit copiii. Nici la capitolul curatenie nu stau foarte bine, in baie mirosind a igrasie iar paturile fiind cam subrede. Pacat de pozitia pe care o are. Ne asteptam la mai mult de la un hotel de 3 stele.
