Very good! Parking is too far from hotel which makes it difficult for an older person.

Good hotel”
the hotel was generally very good. two main issues arose. we specifically booked a jacuzzi room. the jacuzzi did not work and the staff was extremely unhelpful in this regard. nor did they provide a discount for services not provided. additionally the parking is awkward and far from the hotel entrance making the transfer of luggage difficult especially with the cold weather we experienced. while the hotel was generally good, the same cannot be said for the reception staff that was always too busy and certainly not helpful as with the issue of the jacuzzi.

Molto soddisfatto della stanza, del servizio ,dalla pulizia, della cortesia e dall'assistenza.La presenza della SPA contribuisce a soddisfare l'eventuale voglia di relax.A voler essere pignoli,si può dire che il tempo riservato alla colazione dalle 7.30 alle 09.30 è un pò sacrificato per chi sceglie l'hotel per rilassarsi, almeno allungare fino alle 10.00!!

Siamo tornati di nuovo e confermo quanto già detto precedentemente.Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti della stanza, del servizio ,dalla pulizia, della cortesia e dall'assistenza.La presenza della SPA ha contribuito a soddisfare i nostri bisogni di relax.Ottimo ambiente, e 2 ottimi ristoranti( di cui uno anche pizzeria).Volendo essere pignoli,si può dire che il tempo riservato alla colazione dalle 7.30 alle 09.30 è un pò sacrificato per chi sceglie l'hotel per rilassarsi, almeno allungare fino alle 10.00!!

Hotel piacevole e cortesia nel servizio”
Siamo stati benissimo, l'unica pecca è che non si è molto seguiti: ci sono le informazioni iniziali che vengono fornite dalla signorina ma servirebbe la presenza di un addetto al piano inferiore per sauna e bagno turco. Le luci della sala relax sarebbero ancora più belle se colorate. Comunque uno spasso totale e un relax veramente senza confronti! :)
