Great budget accommodation”
The hostel was near the Rochor Station so going around the city was a breeze. There are a lot of restaurants around, and even a 7Eleven store within a few yards. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had little children in tow so we got the 6-bed family room with a shared bathroom but we didn't have any trouble at all. Great place to stay at to save on accommodations and splurge on other things :-)

“I left my footprints here... ””
Arrived here at half past 1 in the afternoon on the 28th of February 2017. My flight from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore was only for about an hour. The flight, being flown in by an LCC, arrived at T1 of Changi International Airport. This means that after immigration, I would have to take the Skytrain (free) to T3 where the MRT station is located. And since I already have an EZ link card (a card that can be used towards train and bus rides throughout Singapore), I immediately got in the train station and waited for the train. EZ link cards can be bought at the train station. Approximately SGD10++ (USD7++). If you are from the airport, the next train station/stop is Expo and finally, Tanah Mera MRT Station. Train service terminates here. This is the Green Line. And since I was going to Footprints, I would have to change train (still on the Green Line) towards the city. And after about 8 stations later, I alighted at the Bugis MRT Station. And then I had to change to Blue Line (called the Downtown Line), which was a bit of a walk from the Green Line (but good exercise) for one more stop to Rochor MRT Station. I finally got out of the train station and total fare costs about SGD2.50. I immediately saw Perak Road (take Exit B) and was like counting the numbers on each establishment (each one is numbered though ). Footprints is at 25A and was easy to spot. Hostel is located within walking distance to Sim Lim Square (electronics and gadgets store of Singapore) and the Bugis area. Check-in was the most organized I've seen in all of hostels I've stayed. I was given a bed sheet (which I had to put myself), a pillow, pillowcase and rented an SGD4 a day towel (SGD2 will be refunded upon check-out). They will give you free wifi which was pretty fast. And also the access code to access the area where all rooms are located. You will also be given a key to the room. AC was working well. I was also asked for a deposit of SGD20 which can be refunded during check-out. I had a 12-bed dor

Good Hostel for backpackers. ”
1. Value for money - Booked the hostel for around PHP 10k for 6 pax 4D3N. So around PHP1700 each for 4d3n. 2. Location - It's near Mustafa Centre (10-12 min walk) and Rochor station (5 min walk). 3. Cleanliness - Just quite turned off regarding the smell of the bedding so I asked the staff to change it. My request was accommodated by their staff. 4. Facilities - No lift/elevator so you need to carry your luggage. No towels provided. They have hot/cold shower. Basic breakfast (sandwich, jam, butter, milk, coffee). 5. Staff - Staffs are great. Some of the staffs are Filipino (No language barrier.. haha).

Good Place to Stay! ”
I booked a bunk bed for this hostel and we were 6 occupants in the room. Their toilet and bath area is clean with hot and cold shower, it is well maintained as well. Filipino staff greeted us when i arrived and since we both know our culture, it's given that they have warm and friendly accommodation. Air conditioners are turned off at 9:00 in the morning and so you have to live with the fan till 7PM. It's just with their secluded location, i hard a hard time looking for it when i arrived from the mrt station which was a direct ride from the airport. Partly, was my fault that i didn't make a research not knowing there is another mrt station more closer to it. It is situated in Little India and so indian food aroma is just around corners.
