Place was easy to locate, very near to the train station. Place was also clean and front desk staff were helpful. Room was spacious for two people but the restroom was a bit small.

Value for money accommodation for budget travellers. Location is near train station and subways.”
There is also an airport limousine bus stop nearby. The condition of the room is old so not for fussy travellers but bedsheets are clean and bed is comfortable.

If you intend to tour around Osaka area (Nara, Kyoto, Kobe) then this place is perfect. Just around a 5-minute walk to the nearest train station. A station away from Namba where Dotonbori is located. Facilities are okay but if you just use the place for sleeping then it would not be an issue. Overall a comfortable stay.

Cheap basic accomodation”
This is a good value for money accomodation. However, no toiletries or towels are provided. You may rent towel or purchase the toiletries at the reception. Room is only cleaned once every 3 days.

Osaka Friends Trip”
This is the first time staying at FOR LEAVES INN after the 3rd time being in Osaka. We came with a group of friends and we are all happy with the stay. It is a good location and walking distance to The train station and Subway. There is a family mart just down the road and also shopping centres and food places around the area. It can be a bit dark during the night on the streeets, however it is very safe. The hotel staff members are really friendly and room space is quite good and clean. Wifi is provided in the room and lounge area, however check in time is a bit late at 4pm.

Good hotel for cost concern travelers”
The hotel is quite hard to find if come for the first time, better prepare times aound 1 hr. for finding the hotel. Although For leaves inn located near train station but it's not the main line station, if you familiar with it, it gonna be okey. The room is clean, 8 floors with one elevator. There's lobby at the ground floor with Wifi provided.The room price is cheap. Good value for money

Great stay at Osaka”
It was a great stay at FOR LEAVES INN, highly recommended. It is located near to subs and train station and it is very convenient to get around. May walk to the popular Dotonbori if you're an adventurous person who doesn't mind walking, takes about 15 minutes. Staff are really friendly. Don't forget to bring own towels, and other toiletries. They do charge for towels if you don't have one, but it is a one go time charge so it is not that bad. Wifi is provided but sometimes bad connection. Hotel is quite clean and room service is available on a daily basis upon request. Worth the stay :) Would stay here again if I ever visit Osaka again.

near Osaka-uehonmachi on the kintetsu line, exit ground floor, from the Sheraton Miyako hotel (next to the station) walk for few minutes on the right then cross the street, go straight until u see Lawson store, turn right, keep going straight and turn right on the second crossroad. The hotel lies next to Business hotel. Small room, double bed ok for 2 adults. the room smells the smoke though i chose non-smoking room. Please take note check-in time 4:00pm

Small room, but with all features,fridge,tv,aircon and heating bathroom small by australian standards but for the really low,cheap price you pay for the room i would consider it excellent value for money, The owner is a lovelly man ,well travelled and helpful with information about Osaka and the area

Good enough for a cheap hotel”
Not the best hotel as it is very old. However room was clean and warm. Unlike other business hotels they don't provide free towels, toiletries, shower soap or shampoo, so bring your own. They have a kettle, mugs and a bar fridge and heater. Room was big with a desk and a queen bed. 5 min walk to Uehonmachi Station which provides good access to multiple subway lines for access across Osaka. For the price, it was good enough.

One of the better hotels I've stayed in in Osaka”
I've stayed in a handful of hotels in Osaka and this was my favorite thus far. The room was comparatively larger than the others, by quite a long way. The staff are friendly and the location is very good too. The main negative is no internet in the rooms, not even WiFi. But apart from that, great!

please note that there is another hotel with nearly the same name in Osaka (ahum,.. I made that mistake). fortunetally they know each other and the manager of the first was so friendly to personally bring me to the right hotel (once more: big thanx). hotel is close to the subway so easy acces to town. nice big and comfortable room. good internet connection in the loby area.

The hotel is only a few stops from Namba, and on a good subway line. The location of the hotel is quiet. It also has clean with nice large rooms. Check in at 4pm and Checkout at 10am is ridiculous, and unheard of elsewhere in the world. They need 6hrs to prepare a room? Don't even bother turning up any earlier, they are strict. There is a lift, and hotel staff are friendly enough. There is decent speed WiFi, but not available in the rooms (only common area near reception). Get a good price on an Agoda deal and you'll be happy.
