    No reception, expensive call”

    We didn't receive any message with entrance code. We waited outside the building until somebody opened and then called to number mentioned on the door (there is no reception). We called to number, and did check in online still on call (10 minutes), then we received the code to get to the room. Nobody told us, that this number has a special tariffs and paid 30€ for it!!!! Don't come to this place without message with check in information and code from the room! If we knew we could book something better for this extra 30€. Otherwise room was OK, bathroom smelled a bit.

    Zimmercorde erst nach 4 Stunden und zahllosen Anrufen auf der Hotline”

    Achtung! Das Hotel brauch im Vorfeld eure Handy Nummer, damit eine eigene Bestätigungsmail verschickt wird. Ansonsten bekommt man keinen Zimmer Code! Das steht aber niergends bei der Buchung. Ich muste über 4 Stunden immer wieder mit deren Call Center Telefonieren bis mir endlich der Code geschickt wurde! So was brauch ich im Urlaub wirklich nicht! Nie wieder!

    Varasimme hotellin Agodan kautta, mutta emme saaneet ovikoodia, koska Forenomilla ei ollut puhelinnumeroani. Täytyi soittaa Forenomin asiakaspalveluun ja kaiken kukkuraksi check in tehtiin eri hotelliin, minkä olin Agodasta varannut. Sai soitella aspaan ja jonottaa ja maksaa maksullisesta numerosta.

    Ok hotel men.. ”

    Er ganske fin lokasjon og pris på hotellet. Samme kode man benytter i hoveddøra som din egen dør, godt å slippe nøkkel. Men.. Bestiller du feil dato og ringer inn for å melde å flytte til en annen dato, da er pengene dine tapt. Syns dette er grådig gjort da det er humant å trykke feil.
