          Breakfast flop”

          The place is beautiful, we were welcomed by a very nice lady (Zanele) she explained everything and she was very kind, rooms were nice 2. everything changed in the morning when we went for breakfast . most of the food was gone the place has breakfast time of 07:30 to 09:30 we got the around 09:00 and they had packed away saying they thought they were done . we were within the breakfast time that was given.

          Great Vunue”

          Stay was very pleasant in a great setting with a pool and decking area to relax and unwind. Filled with wonderful trees and plants. Breakfast was excellent. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff. Don't leave any windows open as you may get a visitor from the trees.Monkeys!!

          Hotel lindo mas a equipe de funcionarios é deficiente”

          O hotel, restaurante e cafe da manhã foram muito bons. Tenho a reclamar a falta de funcionarios. Aguardamos mais de 45 min ( às 17 hrs) na recepção até aparecer o que parecia ser o unico funcionario que estava no hotel. A noite, quando voltamos para tomar banho descubrimos que tinham esquecido as toalhas. A unica pessoa que havia no hotel era o segurança que não consiguiu nos ajudar. Só nos foram fornecidas as toalhas no dia seguinte quando chegou o pessoal. No quarto tivemos falta de agua, a falta foi constatada assim q chegamos e consertado o problema. Mas no dia seguinte volto o problema e o mesmo não foi resolvido até o horario do check out.
