We had to leave early for Airport so we requested packed breakfast. What we got was bread and butter . We gave that to our taxiwala.

When I arrived the manager wasn't expecting me. He tried to give me a single room with no A/C. I booked a double room with A/C! The room wasn't ready: no toiletries,no towels,no water...The room had some humidity stains and the pain was missing above the window. Holes In the curtain and no lock on the window. The concept of "Boutique Hotel" is different in India...Nice and helpful staff.

The location of this hotel is great, but the room on the ground floor behind the reception was not clean at all. Hotel staff talking through the night. Marks on the wall, the door handle of the bathroom was not working, and so on

Wonderful hotel, helpful staff and great location”
We absolutely loved our stay at Fort Castle. The hotel is run by a family and the manager is a lovely man, always with a smile on his face and often a child on his arm, who would always make an effort to help us out if we needed it. We had some problems getting in contact with our travel agency when we arrived and the manager came up with ideas of how to find them when the phone number we were given didn't work and went through a lot of effort to track down the people - at the same time as he was helping other guests that had lost their luggage or had other problems! The rooms were clean and the AC worked well (though no hot showers but it was ok as it is very warm in Kochi anyway and the water was not freezing cold), and there is free wifi in the reception, which also reaches some of the rooms. The location is great, on a quiet street but still in the heart of Fort Kochi, so only 50 m to restaurants, shopping and sights! For a mid-range hotel I think it is great, and I would recommend it anytime and if I ever go back to Kochi, this is where I would stay again!

Good place to visit Fort Cochin”
We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. It's very close of "Chinese fishnet" and connection to other island are very practical. We got the room First floor "with a view". Staff is very gentle and helpful. Nota: The nice picture of the swimming pool is from the hotel next door, not in Fort Castle :)

L'hotel est certes à proximité de la plage mais beaucoup d'autres sont situés dans ce meme quartier de Fort kochin. Hotel très décevant pour le prix. Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre et ses colonies de fourmis à la tête de lit ni la salle de bains . Lavabo vraiment pas top et en plus plein de fourmis également.

chambre sommaire et proprete laissant a desirer. Nous avons du faire changer les draps à notre arrivé. La chambre était infestée de moustiques. Salle de bain avecchauffe eau à allumer. Rideau de douche répignant. Petit déjeuner correcte. Wifi gratuit dans les parties communes.

Ich habe mich im Fort Castle sehr wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Das Petsonal ist sehr freundlich! Besonders Gerard, der nachts im Hotel arbeitet hat bei allen Dingen geholfen, Buchung von Touren, Zugticket oder tagsüber mit seinem Tuc Tuc;)

Mittendrin statt nur dabei. Im Herzen von Fort Cochin gelegen und trotzdem in der Hauptsaison bezahlbar, ein schönes Zimmer (wenn auch klein), nettes Personal, was will man mehr... W-LAN allerdings nur in der Lobby und indisches Frühstück sollte man mögen... Uns hat's geschmeckt...

場所はちょっと分かりにくい所にありますが、フォートコーチンの中心地にあり、チャイニーズフィッシングネットにも近いのでとても便利です。部屋は清潔ですが、タオルが少し汚かったです。でも、熱いお湯がちゃんと出ます。 オーナーが観光の相談にものってくれて、カタカリダンスのチケットの手配や翌日のタクシーとバックウォーターの手配もしてくれました。朝食は簡単なものですが、パンにフルーツ、卵を自分の好みに調理して出してくれます。（目玉焼き、オムレツ、スクランブルエッグ、ゆで卵など）コーヒーか紅茶、マンゴージュースも付いてます。 個人でやっている小さなホテルですが、スタッフもみんな親切で、オーナーのSHINE（シャイン）もとても親切で良い人でした。
