Disappointing desk lady”
Hotel checkin time is 2pm and Hotel checkout time is 11am. We requested the lady at the reception that since we had come just the day before, and had not really used the property and swimming pool, and if she can allow us to checkout at 12:30-1:00pm. But she became adamant that we have to check out before 12:00 noon and any delay of even a minute will incur half day charges. We were forced to vacate the room in a hurry. Though she allowed us to use the changing room and common bathroom which was ok, not so good.

It's location is very good.....just 600-700m from the Candolim beach (in early morning you can walk and go to beach by urself)and also close to market area and eating places.....you can easily walk from the hotel to market and back even upto 12'o clock in the night. Also staff is good and facilities like buffet breakfast, swimming pool, kids zone, Gym are all very good. Value for money stay.

Super place with or without kids well managed By ITC, owner self manages his properties! ”
Our kids were running around the premises when a man appeared and spoke to them politely and tactfully managed them on pretext of vanishing them by magic, then gave them his visiting card! He happened to be the owners of all Acron hotels across the world. So it's a professionally managed hotel by ITC you cant go wrong with the food and service! The rates are excellent and with spacious rooms! It's got parking too and very kid friendly accomidating children till 12 years age. So ideally you shouldn't expect anything more while paying such decent prices for this property. I'm overall quite satisfied....tipped the staff well for cleaning and bringing my breakfast to our table!

Great Property at excellent location”
We stayed in Acron Candolim Regina between 11th Feb to 15th Feb 2021. This was our first long vacation post COVID. The property is located at a very convenient location which makes all the prime tourist spots and eating joints very much accessable. The property is very well maintained and the staff is very warm and cooperative. The only thing I felt missing during this COVID time was the enforcement of face masks and use of hand sanitizers to the guests. There were no sanitizer bottles in the rooms or any other area except the reception. Hence please carry your own sanitizer. We were staying in the Suit, which was an amazing experience. The highlight of the stay was the swimming pool which was surprisingly operational. Most of the other properties in Goa have still not opened up the pool for tourists. We checked with the hotel in-charge and they had the required permission from the Goa govt to start the pool. The rooms were very clean and the house keeping staff was just a call away. Acron Candolim Regina had a wonderful breakfast spread. Our kid was spoilt for choices.

Good hotel, great staff. Pool area good but needs a few more beds! Food excellent & rooms good. Happy hour every night 7-8 free house brand spirits or beers! All in all a great place to stay near to the beach & town but far enough away to notice the street noise.

I hardly write feedback on any hotel booking website. But it led me to sit on the laptop to leave my so nice 4 days experience in Fortune acron regina. I came with my children(10 and 7 years), and used Deluxe room having 1 queen size bed. One queen bed was sufficient for 4 of us, still we added one extra mattress for more space. Breakfast food was also nice, better than we expected. All the staffs were so kind to assist customers. The Pool was nice to enjoy for the family like us. Most of pics in the gallery is not exaggerated. Only thing we missed was that there was no facilities(ie, shop, restaurant..) around, we had to walk 10min. for them. It was great apart from that. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want holiday with family.

The stay was perfect in this resort. Kids had a great time in the pool which had a perfect view. Breakfast was lavish and we were spoilt for choices😌 Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful. The hotel is very well located in Candolim and we had free shuttle service for pick and drop to the Candolim 🏖 Beach. We’d surely recommend this property to everyone visiting Goa 👍
