Probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed at... which would've been fine for around 1/3 the price
Bed was extremely lumpy and not level... making sleeping nearly impossible

Great way to get to know Boston
Very close to Boston Common, theatres, Chinatown and the Airport. Boston people are WONDERFUL - they are an eclectic mix of the sort of people who make America and the world GREAT - mostly refugees Trump is trying to get rid of. Team Found - a few tips .....a ramp up entry stair would be nice for older customers with heavy bag, and a street sign visible from the side walk would be nice.

Horrible hotel
This hotel was so bad and the woman at the front desk was so rude we never even spent the night. And we were told our reservation was non refundable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The door of the hotel room opens in the opposite direction making it hard for you to get in the room! Not to mention this is a FIRE HAZARD!

Old tired hotel in a good location
This is an old tired hotel that needs some serious work. Rooms were clean but age definitely showing. Breakfast area was cramped. I'm glad I didn't spend much time in the room/hotel as there's a lot more to discover in the area around the hotel.

Why?
Very small room. Very old hotel. Basic breakfast. Short walk to the common. Not sure why I booked it.

Worst Hotel within a 3-week vacation in the US
The staff there were unfriendly, the hotel room and bath room was so small, the furniture was so old, I have booked this hotel 2 rooms for 2 nights. It was the worst one, we will never stay there again and I do NOT recommend it to anyone. Upon our arrival, I asked the front desk lady, she is NOT a white, if possible to change my booked single room to a 2 queen beds room because I was not able to book 1 room with 2 queen beds 4 months ago. She was simply, badly reply me say "you only can get what you have booked". She just gave me the room keys without saying like breakfast is where, when, such info. you usually got to know when check-in. The room was so small, I can not imagine how it can stand for 4 persons, because it is already difficult enough for us 3. The furniture was so old, the bath room was so small with a standing basin which is hardly can put your face washing stuff on it. It seems that the staffs working there are all unhappy. The front desk lady, a white one, working on the following day who unfriendly answers my questions about the direction to some places. The breakfast was very simple. When I talk to the front desk lady the waffle flour is empty, it took more than 20 minutes that the Kitchen lady, not white, pouring some flour into the tank. What a service!!! The reason for me to book this hotel is because it says it is close to South Boston BUS terminal. Actually NOT. It took us 20 minutes quick walking to reach there. It took us 15 minutes walking to Boston Common. There is NO restaurant around. If you are looking for a Boston hotel, looking for another one.
