Best place of the hundreds stayed at in Bali”
Without a doubt this is the most accommodating staff of all(50 and more) Bali holiday places we have stayed at. The place is beautifully kept and doesn't give the feeling of guests crawling all over the establishment. This is our go to place in Bali. Rooms are very comfortable and its position in Kuta is close to everything.

A Gem in the middle of the town. ”
Everything was great, a part from room service, the clean was great but they were lacked in providing ammenities, need to ask twice to reception for them, but after that everything was top notch.

Comfortable bed nice room good staffs”
We stayed 5 nights in Four Points with a pleasant stay. All staffs were nice and we even got mango ice cream upon checked in. The swimming pool was amazing and large enough. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only thing to turn us off was the tv screen which was not clear enough. The location was not closed by the beach but if you rented a motorcycle, there would be no problem at all. And you had a 24 hour mart next to the hotel.

Service was amazing. Staff were accommodating to my late check in and check out. Food was delicious. Pool and jacuzzi was relaxing. A very good stay. Highly recommended and it’s very close to Main Street. A lot of bar and shopping areas around.

Convenient, clean and laid back”
My family and me decided to come to Bali to celebrate my son's 5th birthday. This hotel is just behind the famous Legian street along a narrow street but away from the noise and bustle of the place. This hotel has a nice laid back ambience, nice cafe at ground floor and rooftop. Good play place to keep the kids busy and also friendly and helpful staff. They also arranged a nice cake and sang a song to my lil boy and he was so happy. Other than that , there is a yoga class but nothing much in terms of other activities. Breakfast was ok but not up to par with their other bon voy properties or even four points hotel which we have stayed at. Thanks to the friendly people at the hotel for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable occasion.

our stay was great, very friendly and helpful staff. decent facilities too. definitely worth every penny you spend here! The only negative things i could say are the beds and pillows were hard and not comfortable - i prefer soft pillows & mattresses (this is just a personal preference only) there's also no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. it gets extremely stuffy after a shower (even if you took a cold one). overall, i did enjoy my stay and would still recommend :)

The hotel room design is basic. Lovely lobby, considerably small pool. The hotel is located in a small alley. Cab must pass through a strict security check before proceed to pick-up point. All guests must walked through security screening before be able to enter the lobby, which are somehow frustrated, but safer. Hmm...

Attentive staff”
Stay 3 nights here. The food from the restaurant impressed me especially the breakfast. Big swimming pool with heated jacuzzi pool. Room was so comfortable but lighting was insufficient especially at working desk. My toilet was having leaking from the shower. Need some repairing. Overall, the staff is very attentive and surely will return again.

Location is near kuta beach (walking distance 5-10min)but Not crowded and quite . The restaurant was so nice. I wonder why not many ppl in the restaurant... all of the food that i order were successful👍 Especially i truly appreciated to staffs who work at enterace of the hotel(drop-off area) including security guards. When I was in trouble with taxi driver. All of them helped me so much.. so that i can solve the problem.. :) Thanks again.. Any way.. my holiday was perfect in four points kuta.

Its a good hotel with brilliant staff & services, though the rooms are a bit congested for family and the location a bit far from the main kuta area . I have to say this that the staff of the hotel covered it up , they just know how to comfort you in every aspect.
