Great location. Over price. Doors wont lock. Check person was extremely rude did not want to explain to me why I got charged for what I did.

Every time I come to new orleans. I always stay at the four point sheraton. It is right on bourbon, so you are near the action. It does get loud at night due to the crowds, but once you are in the hotel you barely hear the noise outside. The service is great and the staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit new orleans.

Noisy Noisy ”
We chose this hotel as we had stayed there last year. We were there for a week and there was only one lift operational during that time and the hotel was very busy so waiting for the lift took ages. We also had a balcony room at the front of the hotel which was nice until you wanted to sleep the music went on till 3.30am then the bin lorries and service vehicles started up at 5.30am so we came away from our trip exhausted which has spoiled the next part of our trip. If you want a quiet room which we had last year do not book a front balcony room.

Rooms were sufficiently spacoius and surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly. Their address stating the side street with the parking should be also be on the website as boubon syreet may not be accessible at night.

The rates were cheap for winter stay so definitely worth staying here. Hotel is the cleanest I have seen for a long time and have stayed at dozens in the past year. Staff was extremely friendly.

this was a nice hotel for the casula visitor. you can't beat the location, its in the middle of the french quarter, walking distance to everything. they have a nice pool and restaurant on site. its an old building and it showes, but it was clean and the oldworld feel gave it character.
