The carpet is dirty with some weird smells, the corridor is dark and worst part is the staff walk into our room without taking off his shoe when he is delivering the fruits to us.

First time stays in four points, amaze with the poster pamplet about a fresh air, even they have a leaflet promoting how they have a fresh air indoor because of none smoking environment, but sadly upon opening the lift door u can smell very stinky smell like and old sewerage or a nasty stinky wet carpet, hoping the smell just in the hallway but it getting worst when u enter the room, something u never ever thinking from a four star hotel, but the staff is good and fast within 5 minute u complaint they come & change me to the floor form SPG, very good, eventhought i read about this smell may last year never expected nothing change, same as the access to the pool area, but the good part is they is couple of new four star hotel u can choose in kuching and u can exclude this one.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. But there is stagnant water on the floor in the toilet.
