United airlines left my luggage in Chicago and the staff (Omar) was really helpful on reaching out to United for it. They made sure that I had a pleasant stay in there which I actually did :)

I do not recommend”

The room is really dark, outdated and noisy, when you are not able to cancel anymore they advise that has no room cleaning during your stay (different from many hotels during the pandemic, that you can request the cleaning if you want to). The breakfast is a shame. For the same price you can find really good hotels to stay. Expected way more for a Sheraton. I Do not recommend

Good price/value to stay in I-Drive, a bit old”

Overall it was an OK experience. I came to Orlando for some business and the area is touristic, therefore I think I'm not the hotel average guest. I have not been in the US often and for very long to compare. I compared the price of the small hotels around, they may seem cheaper, but the Four Points seemed safer and with a good price/value rate. It's a bit old hotel, but fully functioning. It's a tower building therefore you'll have some panorama over Orlando which was nice. Spacious room. WiFi is reliable and fast. There are amenities and restaurants close by but you'll pretty much need a car for anything else. Uber is widely available in the area. The only thing I didn't like was the fact the hotel (but not the only one in the area, apparently is common practice) charge a "resort fee". It's just an excuse to charge you more money for what should be standard facilities, such as swimming pool or wifi. And you can't say no, it's an option which isn't an option. I find this a bit ridiculous for an Hotel from Sheraton. If you want to charge more, just increase the price, customers are not stupid. Also, there was an offer, if you want to keep your towels and not change bedsheets you can get a voucher to spend in the hotel restaurant. But I received that only the first day, not every single day I applied for it. The printer downstairs is almost useless as you won't be able to connect easily devices to it and it won't be recognized in the network.

Location”

Location near Universal Studio, there's a shuttle from the hotel to Universal Studio. There are restaurants and walgreen nearby. Room a bit old but clean. Big window and nice view from my room, ask for high floor room. Laundy machines, dryer and soap vending machines is available 24hrs. We can use quarters or credit card for laundry and dryer.

This always my first choice whenever I visit Orlando and this has been my 4th times because of its good location and free Wifi. In general, I was very satisfied with everything the hotel was offering; except something that I believe there is still a room to improve such as, small minibar / freezer, kettle and etc.

Good location”

Hotel provides shuttle to Universal studio & Disney World so no worry about how getting there. Near bus stop from airport. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Also near to Wild Wet. Though hotel is quite little old but overall is good.

Amazing Experience”

Good Value for money, friendly staff at the reception, wonderful location, clean room, rooms are larger and real value for what you pay. Did use the laundry service and it was amazing.

Not recoment. ”

The doorman was just standing quietly while I was trying to managed my seven luggage drop from the cab. The hotel just down grade my room even though my credit card was deducted when I make a reservation. They just tell me when I checked in. Overall, its not reflecting the hospitality of Sheraton.

Exceptional”

It was great place to stay and friendly staff, but they has said there was a breakfast for the hotel and it turned out to be a restaurant you have to pay to ear. So business plans had to change and gather else where to have a meeting in the morning along with breakfast

Sheraton mariott bonvoy”

Good clean hotel, under mariott bonvoy. There are uber and lyfts available right there easily at the door. Water may be a challenge in most of US hotels, get your own enough.

Overall, I had a positive experience, particularly regarding the hotel's location, which was conveniently situated near bus stops, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the rooms on the higher floors offered a pleasant scenery view.

Cet hôtel a un grand besoin d’être rafraîchi, rénové, rédécoré.. Le comptoir de check-in est minuscule, entre 2 colonnes, en entrant, la senteur d’humidité prend au nez. Le tapis des chambres sent l’humidité aussi, les coins de salle de bains ne sont pas propres…je ne recommande pas, à part pour la localisation…

Очень понравился отель, была отличная цена, очень близко парк Universal (мы дошли за 20 мин), рядом outlet для шоппинга. Через дорогу хорошее кафе Red Lobsters с вкусными коктелями., также вокруг много и других хороших заведений. Хороший, приветливый персонал.Рекомендую. Если будет вопрос снова приехать в Орландо, я снова остановлюсь здесь.
