Stayed at room 309. The room was dusty! Toilet was filthy..Looks like it hadn't been washed for months. There was 2 staffs at reception but only 1 person attend to all the customers.

Worst Ever Check In
We arrived around 4.15 pm, and saw there was a line of people waiting to check in. I queue for about 1hr to get to the front of the check-in counter, and found out that the our rooms were not ready, In fact, many rooms were not ready, causing interruption of my check in process as earlier guests had to come and check with the check-in staff if their rooms were ready. It took half an hour for the staff to complete my check in, and he said to come back in 20 minutes for the rooms. No apologies, no nothing. After 20 minutes, of course our rooms were not ready still!!! And the staff completely ignored me for another 20 minutes, until I walked behind the counter. I had to tell them to check if one room is ready, pls give it to me first, while cleaning the other room. Is this hotel 101 class or what?? So we got 1 room, at 6.30pm, and the staff promised to call us when the 2nd room was ready. We went to dinner and come back around 9.30pm, still no phone call. When I confronted the staff, he didn't even looked remorseful, just said that "oh...you should check if it's ready".

Inefficient staffs and unprofessional front desk system
Late checked in at 630pm for my parents and the room is not ready. My parents have to wait for another 30 mins at the lobby. And despite that, with the booking number from Agoda, the front desk insisted on what name the hotel is under to check in their system. Apparently, a fully paid and confirmed booking number is not good enough for their hotel's policy. What's the point of the Booking Number then? And room's not ready at 630pm ?????! That's so unacceptable for a reputable hotel. It's their second time there through my booking and never we encounter this matter. At least a compensation or whatsoever will do to make it up for my parents, but they just don't care enough. Very disappointed with this treatment after they've travelled for a long trip from KL. Never will ever treat my parents or recommends this hotel to anyone.

The Worst Stay and experience ever
Arrived at 5pm, the check-in staff said room was not ready and would take 30mins which was fine. Around 5:45pm went to the check-in counter the staff pretended I was not there and did not have the courtesy to inform me of the room unavailability. Best part of this was there were another few guests who were also at the check-in area, some even waited for 3hrs. We waited till 6:15pm, finally I got hold of someone at the counter and the guy said he would check on the room but he went missing. We got irritated and left for dinner. Came back at 9:45pm and the check-in staff had to re-check us in and finally after soooooo long we got a room. The room cleanliness was not up to standard with stains on the blanket, hair on the bed-sheet. The worst part of them all was the room had No Towels. And Not Even WIFI :'( The horror part was not over yet. We managed to somehow get hold of the housekeeping and the guy came with just 1 pool towel. Then next morning at 6am we received a call on the room phone that went off after 3 rings followed by a guy who came knocking on our door wanting to give us more Pool towels. At 10:30am we got another mysterious call again this time it rang 4x and by the time we picked it up it was already hung up. Seriously how can a hotel by such a big group has such huge Messed up situation.
