Best experience ever had”
Firstly, the front desk personnel are so good, kind, friendly, and helpful. I must mentioned the name of front desk manager, Yann who gave us the warmest greeting and most helpful guidance to the direction of route. Yann gave us the most welcomed way of hotel staying experience and we're so happy about it. Though we were not able to say " thank you" to Yann at the day we checked out as he was on leave, but I would like to show him our appreciation here. Thank you very mcuh Yann, your service and kindness are way much better than the 5 stars regency hotel I stayed aafter I checked out Sheraton! Other than Yann, front desk personnel liek Chris and Abel were kind enough to answer everything we asked eg: tour information, route direction and so on. Thank you very much. The breakfast was awesome too the fruits are delicious. I had a very bad experience in 5 stars regency after I checked out sheraton, I would say the front desk personnel in Four Points by Sheraton Perth worth more than 4 stars!Thank you !

Smart hotel in central location”
I stayed at the Citigate Hotel for 3 nights recently on a city break to Perth. The hotel is a short walk from the main Perth train and bus stations, and just a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area and Harbour Town discount outlet mall. The check-in staff were friendly and quick and explained about the restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Our room was very spacious for a city centre hotel, and decorated in neutral colours. As usual in Perth and surrounds, the water pressure in the bathroom was of a good standard. The bathrooms do not appear to have been completely refurbished like the rest of the hotel, but ours was clean with plenty of mirrors and storage space. When I asked for another towel to be sent up, the towel arrived before I had even got out the shower, which I was very impressed with. The hotel is well-priced for its location, although there is currently some building work on two sides of the hotel, so if you are arriving during the day time after a long journey and need to sleep, this may not be the hotel for you. However, I would stay in this hotel again if I returned to Perth at the current room rate.
A huge pleasure, as always”
Due to the sadness of death, our concert to watch The Rolling Stones, the reason for our hotel booking, was postponed....so our son and his girlfriend got to experience how lovely it is at Four Points by Sheraton Perth. They enjoyed their stay enormously just like we do, whenever we stay. This is a fabulous hotel. Do your self a favour n come n stay:):):)
Our Fav Hotel”
We love staying at Four Points by Sheraton - They always guarantee us a clean, spacious, quite room, the staff are lovely and the buffet breakfast is brilliant. We look forward to our trips to Perth just to stay there
Superbly clean, new, modern and affordable”
It's indeed quite impressive when walked in...very modern and clean looking. With the price that we were paying, definitely hard to find another hotel in Perth City with same high standard. To rent a car, just 5mins walk to Hertz and Budget Car rental. And 10mins walk to the main shopping streets(Hay Street). You can also take a short 5mins stroll to Harbour Town where all branded goods at discounted price. Besides, the hotel is in front of the main street(Wellington street) where most Free buses (Blue Cat and Yellow Cat) around city will go pass and the main train and bus station is located on this main street too. In fact booking with Agoda can get much better price per night compared with walk-in. Wifi internet can be assessed at the hotel lobby for free (with password obtained from front desk) but most of the other hotels we stayed will charge for internet usage. This hotel looks newly refurbished with branded sanitary in bathroom, and have unique walk-in wardrobe lead to bathroom.
Excellent location for those attending Perth Arena shows”
We chose the hotel based on the close proximity to Perth Arena as we were attending a show there on Sunday night. Couldn't have asked to be any closer, a stroll across the road and we were there. Met out on the street by a hotel employee who spied us getting dropped off and struggling with our luggage. Assistance was prompt and courteous. Quick check in and check out. As there were three people in our party we had booked a room with two double beds. Room was spacious enough for us. Beautiful bathroom. Room service food was ok, bit pricey and an added on $6 dollar charge for delivering to your room. Not much of a selection very basic. I have stayed at this hotel several times before it was taken over by Sheraton. They have done some extensive upgrades. Would stay here again.
Perfect for people going to RAC Arena”
We were so pleased with our stay at the Four Points, we were checked in by the lovely Putri (who sent us a lovely little card and some treats to our room!) Everyone we spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable also. Next time we need somewhere to stay in Perth we’ll be back!
Location Location Location!”
Its central to everything just on the outskirts of the Perth City yet close to everything in the Central. Good clean rooms with great breakfast. What else can I say? It is after all a Sheraton so you can't go wrong with the brand name. Will definitely stay here again next time in Perth.
Elegance and Ease”
We arrived, travel weary, to be greeted at the door by staff attuned to our every need. Not only were the rooms spotless and airy, we were able to pre-arrange delivery of business mail, that arrived before we did and it was passed on personally by the Manager. The food was delicious, the rooftop gym well appointed and our Perth stay was seamless, thanks to the friendly desk staff who helped us find entertainment venues and ensured that we got to our bookings without fuss. Naturally, we'll be back on our next flight through Perth.
Short stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth”
It was a short 1 night stay over at Four Points. The front staff who served us was very friendly and upgraded us to a bigger room. Location was perfect, only 20mins drive from Perth airport which makes it so convenient for travelers. Room was clean and tidy.
Comfort and Value for Money”
I really enjoy my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth and will recommend to my friends too !
Great couples hotel”
The hotel room was clean and very comfortable, the location was great, and at a fair price. Disappointed with the bar/restaurant as we couldn't book a table for dinner, and when we arrived to have dinner it was full and we had to walk to find a restaurant. This was due to an event at the Perth Arena...I believe hotel guests should get 1st priority and the opportunity to book a table. Breakfast however was fantastic, very happy :) Remember to factor in the $50 (high in my opinion) Valet Parking Fee when looking at price as the Public Parking is quite a walk with luggage!! Will stay again :)
Nice and very new hotel”
After staying in a few hotels in Perth, this hotel is one of the newest or rather modern. this is the hotel to go for is you are looking for one near the city and had new. BUT, the parking is a huge let down ... $40+ for the hotel to valet park or $30+ for self park at a carpark far away. Other than that, its really a great hotel in Perth.
weekend getaway”
As Perth residents looking for an affordable gateway and four points exceeded expectation knowing not a 5 star property. Only missing pool and spa. Recently refurbished we stayed in deluxe king room, it was clean, quiet and very comfortable . Food and drink was good and definitely would stay again. Smallest issue was minor delay at check in and room window needs cleaning.
Good stay in Perth”
All in all this was a good hotel choice for Perth. The reception desk service was excellent and the hotel fairly modern with a nice bar area and good location, out of the shopping parade, close to the station and Northbridge. There is construction going on opposite the hotel, but our room was on the back so this did not disturb us during our stay. The standard of the room itself (delux double) was fine, nice egyptian cotton bedding, comfy bed and modern furniture and tv. However, it was a shame that the bathroom hadn't been so recently rennovated, but was this was still o.k with a power shower. I slight niggle from us was the poor room cleaning. There was thick dust next to the TV and where the glasses were stored and the edges of the carpets were very dusty. This was not great, especially as our room was advertised as newly rennovated. Another thing to note is the poor sound insulation between rooms, this was evident when next door had their TV on, but did not disurb our sleep as the tv was switched off by 11pm. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the Citgate and would recomeend to others, especially the hotel deal we got with free wi fi.
Overnight stay - went to Pink concert Perth Arena”
Greta location for Perth Arena - will definitely look at staying there again if going to an other concert. Only 1 major complaint - the shockingly bad design of the bathroom door. No privacy at all- whilst on the toilet the other guest can see you - no privacy when using the shower as not only is there a gap on top and bottom of the opaque glass door but a big gap at the side too. Not very functionl at all - if other guest uses shower then steam and noise comes through to bedroom - so PLEASE change the most useless, impractical doors I have ever seen in all the hotels I have ever stayed in around the world !
good price, nice location”
because of Christmas, got a very cheap price for the room Good location, walk distance to kings park/esplanage station/perth station. Food is good, but charged 1.5% for credit card usage without notice. receptionist girl seems not happy to work during Chiristmas:D, but the room cleaner works very well.
Central location, large room, great service”
nothing negative to report about my stay at the citigate. being in perth on business i needed accommodation close to my customer and citigate met the requirement. everything else was a bonus and i got plenty of it. access to gym and pool was from 6:00 am to 9:00pm - very much appeciated! i was given complimentary internet (a notch too slow for my liking - but it didn't cost me a cent after all) and the room was spacious, clean and packed with mod cons. staff was friendly and attentative and professional at all times.
The most comfortable bed and Spotless clean room”
The hotel is superb as The bed is comfy. I had a good sleep indeed. And also Spotless clean beside easy access to every points of Perth City.
