A perfect hotel for family with kids, super service”
Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Everything was just perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great, just next to Tokyo station. The room amneties were top notch and had a great view of Ginza My kids loved the hotel. At check in, they were given toys, winning then over immediately. Once in the room, there was a candy bowl with a great collection of munchies. The hotel brought a birthday cake for my daughter (it was her bday during the stay), and that was a very warm gesture. Much appreciated. Will definitely recommend this hotel, esp if you have young kids. This is the place to stay in Tokyo, no doubt.
Tokyo stay”
Check in was efficient ,the environment was great , great rooms ,great gym/ spa , great location , conveniently located near the train station and shopping ,we loved just about eveything about this hotel it has the highest quality and most modern of the four seasons i have had the pleasure of experiencing although this is what i would expect in tokyo.
Great city, nice hotel, easy access to airport”
It was the last day that I stay at Japan, so I choose the closest hotel that can access to NEX (an express train to airport). The room are top of the range of luxury, very nice design. Staffs are friendly and good English skill. They are nice and come with us to their station (Tokyo station is HUGE, you will get lost easily). The only let down of this hotel is it price. Way too expensive I think. However, in the end, you paid for what it worth.
A hidden gem in Tokyo”
The meet and greet service was really a winner as it can get confusing navigating thru the busy Train station of Tokyo. I would like to commend Hiro for single handedly lugging our 4 luggages as well as our carry ons. We wanted to help him but he was very insistent that he could handle it. Kudos to your friendliness and good service! The rooms very clean and queen beds were super comfy. The lobby is not as grand compared to other luxury hotels but rest assure that this Hotel is worth the splurge with its prime location and friendly staffs. The Japanese breakfast service in room is fresh and remarkable. :) Will definitely be back soon!
One of the best Hotels in the World”
Words can not describe how amazing and comforting our stay was in the Four Seasons Hotel. Simply stay there and you will never regret.
Incredibly helpful staff. ”
The size and quality of the rooms were the finishing touch to a lovely stay. The front desk staff and the concierge all when above and beyond for all our requests. They met us at the train station, made recommendations and reservations, arranged private tour, and even escorted us to the Shinkansen platform for our first bullet train outing. The staff truly made are stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The location near the train station made exploring other parts of Tokyo very easy. The restaurant upstairs was a wonderful amenity on those rare occasions we were too tired to get up to find breakfast on our own or venture out again to find dinner after a long day of exploring. The food was good fusion of Japaneses and western cuisines.
Best Stay Ever!”
I always enjoy my stay at Four Seasons Hotel. I look forward to experience it again.
Luxury Hotel, very comfortable”
Staff was very helpful with making bookings for dinner or directing us on how to get to places. The rooms were very comfortable, the bathroom was large and luxurious. Location was great for shopping, although it was still approx 200m before you hit Ginza. However, you're pretty close to Tokyo station, so for travelling via Shinkansen, it is pretty good.
Excellent Hotel”
A small Four Seasons in size however a very outstanding service and the food quality at the breakfast is high! Love it
Wonderfully accommodating & comfortable stay”
Absolutely fantastic! I have give top praises to the concierge staff - even before my husband and I arrived into Tokyo, they were attentive, very helpful and assisted us in restaurant & activity bookings and was able to help us with any requests and questions we had. Very responsive and gave superb service. The room is fabulously comfortable in terms of lighting control, cleaniness and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in...if only I could take it home with me! Everything you needed, they were able to provide. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again!
everything is fine”
The location is good. Tokyo station is just one-minute walking distance. You can go anywhere around Tokyo (even the whole Japan)there. There are also lots of restaurants under the station building. However, it's not easy to find the hotel.
Opinion”
The hotel location is near the Marunouchi Station and JR station. I thanked them for the many kindnesses they showed me.
Classy hotel, good service and large rooms”
stayed here 3 nights in June. Good service, they remember your name from the moment you check in till you leave. Rooms are pretty large for Tokyo standard with all amenities. Spa and hot bath available with a decent gym. best part is the jogging route which is around the Imperial palace. Hotel is next to Tokyo station so quite convenient to get around. Only downside is that it is incide business district...
The best! ”
Super nice staff, their English is better than other hotels I stayed, Super helpful, many bonus when they provide any service ,like I order 2 cocktails only but they gave me 3 snacks . I ask for direction to the subway, they have their staff carry 2 big luggages for us, lead the way to the train at the very early in the morning . This is the first time but I can't help but impressed !
Very Nice Hotel, Great Location”
Always stayed here when traveling to Tokyo and this is our fourth time here. Room is very spacious and luxury. Staff is very nice, professional and helpful.
Small but BIG Luxuary hotel”
I feel very comfortable at this hotel. Japanese "Onsen" in this hotel is very good (but not locate outside). I had a good time. Thank you very much!
great location”
staffs are very nice.. location is great at tokyo station
Fantastic hotel ”
Great staff, wonderful location close to Ginza and the Imperial Palace.
Excellent stay at the Four Seasons Tokyo”
Rooms are clean, spacious and well stocked with amenities. Staff were professional and very pleasant . I had the privilege of having one of the staff, Daiki, show me to the train station as I was taking the Narita Express. Daiki was very friendly and has excellent knowledge about the NEX departure information. During our course of interaction, I brought up several concerns and he did his very best to help me with each and every one of them. As I do not speak the Japanese language, Daiki went the extra mile to write a note should the situation arise where I needed to explain myself. This truly went beyond my expectations and I am very impressed by his effort and attentiveness.
Tokyo treasure”
Tokyo is a wonderful city. I've been visiting for the 6th time and I can't stop admire the culture, the kindness, the tasteful food and the technology!!
