Hotel is clean, have all the basic things.”

location, shopping mall near by.

As a Four seasons, front door staff was not very helpful and welcome. My friend drop me off by his car, front door staff( An Asia guy) did not help me to carry the luggage, I have to take off my luggage and carry to the reception area by myself, and the hotel reception is on the second floor which I have to take escalator with my luggage.

If you are not willing to stay in the room that dog also allowed then I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

サイコーでした”

今回初めて宿泊しました。とにかく立地が抜群に良いです。 ベッドメイキングも2回きてくれ、部屋の清潔を保ってくれましたし、こちらの要望にも快く応えて頂きました。 フロントスタッフもすごく親切な対応で安心して過ごすことができました。次回も是非また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

ロケーション抜群”

空港からスカイトレインで乗り換えなしの最寄り駅は、駅直結のショッピングセンター経由でそのままチェックインできるアクセスの良さです。施設の老朽化は気になりましたが、このロケーションの良さは個人旅行において最優先です。スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。ひとつ残念だったのは、毎朝2Fのロビーで無料の簡単なパンと飲み物が用意されるのですが、昨年は3種類あったパンが今年はクロワッサンのみだったことです。無料ですので文句は言えませんができればもう少し品数があればありがたいと思いました。
