sleep badly
the lighting power supply is connected with the air-con power supply. If I want to switch on my air-con, I have to switch on the light also. What a funny! May because I arrive on Sun, not reception there and I don't have the apps to contact withe the person. Luckily some people were leaving from the house and I can enter immediately. The flat is dirty without tidy up. The toilet is a bit small, not easy to have shower.

Great stay
Great location. It's located in Hongdae and you can just walk to the nice cafes, restaurants, clubs, and shops within the area. The metro station is around a 10 minute walk away but it's not too far. It's close enough to walk. The staff were really nice and friendly. Felt really at home here. It's really a house with a lot of rooms. We stayed in the travel room for 3 people and it has its own bathroom. Breakfast is toast and butter, but that's good enough for us. WiFi connection was working. Our room was clean enough. The bathroom could be cleaner but it's pretty decent Overall, much recommended and would love to stay here again!

Sophia is da best!
This is my second time staying at four seasons house. The guesthouse shifted location from Hongdae to Hapjeong. However, the room is really small for 6 persons :( I barely had space to open my luggage. There was still a "Lower your voice after 11pm" the previous time but now, there isn't. And there are really inconsiderate people who would still stay in the shared space and chat really loud even at 2am. In the morning at 7am too. There was a day when 2 Japanese girls was blasting music, singing to it from 7am to 9am (A time which most people would be still sleeping). And just nice, it was a resting day for people like me, who went to seoul to chase kpop idol, it was simply disastrous as I was not able to rest properly. Upon giving feedback to the staff, she simply told her that there was nothing that she can do. Also, there was once when one of the guest not staying in our room came into the room and looked around. I just hope that more guidelines will be enforced to ensure that the guesthouse remains a comfortable place to live in! I enjoyed my stay there as the staffs was really nice and facilities was not bad. Just the space and the other guests who stayed in the guesthouse were really inconsiderate. I enjoyed my first stay with four seasons house more than this time as this time round, it was difficult to find the staff. Nonetheless, Sophia was really helpful and nice in everything!

Need at least one staff to stay at the guesthouse
The overall is good. The location is fine, not that far from the station, 10-15 mins walk. The place is clean, the bathroom is a bit small but it's still good enough. The thing is I can't find the hotel just from looking at the map. You might need Korean number to make a call. I was lucky that 7-11 employee at the Hapjeong station let me use her phone to make a call. Also, there's no staff at the guesthouse so if you need help, you still have to call them.

cheap, nice location
Overall good, but you have to contact the person in-charge before you travel if you don't have phone or wifi. No house bell to ring (or door to knock on) and no one standby in the guesthouse. Still enjoyed staying there.

Decent
Overall, good. They gave me good information about getting to the closest subway station from the airport, but it was still hard to find the guesthouse itself. It's tucked away in the back street. Check in process was not good. You can't get in the building without a code, and there's no staff. You have to call the manager, but I didn't have a Korean SIM card and couldn't make calls. Luckily I found an open wifi network and sent an email, so I got in but I was unhappy because I had to wait outside for a good while until then. The space is nice but there are no tables or chairs. They provide small towels for use. Breakfast is supposed to be toast and coffee and tea but I didn't see anything the first morning I was there, and only meager slices (~5 slices) for the guesthouse on my third day. About 5 minute walk from the subway and surrounded by cafes and restaurants, which is good. Beds are comfortable. Would consider staying here again but only because it's so cheap.

value for money, clean and great staff
our first stay was at old four seasons house, the staff named Sophea, was really helpful, the price also really cheap, I book for 3 people in 6 beds dorm, and we stay in the dorm with just 3 of us without other people it was really great:)) the location quite far from subway station around 10min slow walking, but there were no hills that we need to climb since most of the Seoul have so many hills. other than location everything is great, this house also very near to hongik univ street:))

excellent staff and reasonable price
1st we stay at old four seasons house, then after got back from Jeju island we were transferred to new four seasons house, both of the house really great, the price was really reasonable, we chose dorm for 3 people in 4bed dorm, instead, they gave us whole dorm which was really convenience for us. I would like to recommend this house to anyone since the price is good, the place is clean as well, the location of new four seasons house very near to subway station and we do not need to climb many stairs of hills..:)) if I go to south Korea again I will definitely stay here 5/5

Good location
Location, location, free breakfast
The mattresses are pretty thin to sleep on. Not a lot of hot water to shower with. Great location in Hongdae. There is free breakfast. It is close to the subway. Great for budget conscious people.
