I was so disappointed with my stay with 420 Bespoke hotel. Honestly did not get value for my money . I wouldn’t suggest anyone goes there. Not now anyway . 1. I was sent to veranda house and I wasn’t happy therefore I had to head back to you guys . So that wasted my time 2. The hotel has no basic kitchen things such as a kettle , cork screw , mini fridge etc. 3. I was not checked in properly 4. Charging plug wasn’t working 5. Bathtub was unclean 6. Hot water was not coming out and I couldn’t even get the relaxing bath which I stated was important to me (especially considering that’s the main reason I left veranda house) 7. I called to complain about the water and the fire place and someone came only about 45 minutes later and had no solution for me 8. I was woken up before 7 as I was placed in a room deep within the construction I quite literally enjoyed only an 1.5 hrs of my stay there and it sucks because I did this because I needed a break from the long year I had had . I’m a VERY UNHAPPY client. I really see potential with this establishment but their potential did NOTHING FOR ME.

Acceptable”

Let me start by saying this is my 3rd time coming since last year & this is first time I’ve regretted it. From no wifi without explanation. No backup power during loadshedding & then no water at all during loadshedding. I have recommended this place before & I am very excited for the construction to be done so I can see the place’s full potential. But I do really feel like I wasted my money this visit. Owners must sort out these issues or just close the hotel until the construction of fully done.

Although still under renovations /construction it’s a Beautiful farm in the city Beautiful sunset chill/ Took the best pics along the lakeside view Picnic area heartwarming lakeside beautiful landscapes and I love the consistency int their theme if you are looking to relax and a calm environment… that’s m the place to be in Gauteng💚 I can’t wait to go again when the area is complete
