overall is good value of money
the location is strategic with walking distance to the beach, happening place at legian street/the monument of bom bali. feel disappointed because of late response to change the bed sheet and clean the room.

Always a Pleasure
Clean, Friendly, BEST A/C in Bali. Highly recommend the newer rooms on the right hand side of the building. Only complaint is very slow checkin.

OMG, this hotel beyond my expectation, I have no words to explain. In front and sides of the hotel area under renovations. I wouldn't reserved this hotel if I knew it!!! The bathroom not clean and so the pool

**Note it's under renovations right now and will be for another month or so by the looks** That being said the 2 members of staff I dealt with at reception were friendly enough, and Raymond who works around the pool area is a champion. The room (461) Was quite a walk from reception up 2 flights of stairs, but not at all bad inside, recently tarted up I'd guess. Not 100% effort was put in if this was the case but still was good enough. Pool was nice apart from the obvious construction noise. Overall nice place and pictures of what it will look like are stunning. I personally would have expect the hotel to update the Agoda page to include the construction information, but that hasn't happened so before you book for any length of time, ask the question.

Hotel is a construction site and no WIFI in rooms
We have been on a 2 months backpacker Tour in Asia, and this was by far the worst experience we have encounted. The hotel is actually great value for money BUT the service and the circumstances we meet was terrible. The hotel is undergoing a HUGE construction, which ment that we would be waken up at eight in the morning by the sound of hammers and drilling equitment that continued until 5 in the afternoon. This meant that you cannot enjoy your balcony, the swimmingpool (is right in between two huge construction sites), the breakfast area and even your room without listening to the drilling. This construction work was not advertised on Agoda when we booked. Also we booked the hotel on agoda.com where it is listed that you have WIFI in your room! However you do not! We notified 4 employees of the issue that simply did not care as well as the manager (who you can never get a hold on because he is rarely at the hotel). Even he was to no help and told us that in a few rooms they have WIFI?? Which apparently means that you are certified to lie on the internet? So unless you want to check in to a construction site (they are far from done) with the the worst imaginable service stay away from this hotel. The only nice man we meet is Ramon who work at the pool area and smiles to everyone he walks by. He was the only good thing about the hotel. The location of the hotel is actually also quite nice with some small cosy cafes and restaurants close by.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COST
We stayed at 3 different hotels in Bali and this is the worst. In fact in all hotels I've been to in my life I hailed this to be my most hated one. We arrived at the hotel a around 11am. We asked if we can check in early anyway we'll leave at 4 am the next day since we have an early flight. The front desk people said we cant and check in is at two. I pleaded if we can at least check in at 1 PM since we came from a bery early flight from Yogyakarta. We booked 2 roms so if she can at least have 1 ready at that time since my Mom is her 60s would want her to be able to rest. The front desk said no and said there were no rooms availabe and the hotel was fully booked. We just left our things and ate brunch. We got back to the hotel lobby past 12 PM. This is the best part. When we got there we first found out there were a lot of available rooms already. Still we sat at the lobby and around 1 PM my companion asked the front desk if by chance there's one ready and we're told she'd check, Then a caucasian guy came. They gave him 2 welcome drinks right away. Then they gave him a room and around 1:20 they were ushering him in. I got really ipset and complained. They gave me lame excuses that the guy was a walk in and they had to take care of him. This got me even furious given that this guy was a walk in and we had a resevation. I had to complain before they got a room ready for us. They let us in the room at 1:50 PM!!! They only served us a welcome drink since I was already complaining which we did nit care for anymore and left untouched. I have been to numerous hotels already and it's the first time I experienced this, This hotel seems to have a clear The place was noisy with ongoing construction of some sort and was really dirty, the room given to us was old and had chipped wall paint. I took pictures, the towel was old and oily which I dare not touch. No kettle, No cups, We just left our things in the room and stayed mostky at the beach. For the love of God ne

Lovely hotel but worth noting that building works are going on next to the pool so it can be quite noisy during the day. Not a great option if you want a place to relax at the pool!

Good value in central location.
Just had my second visit. Nearly didn't come back after the first due to rude front desk staff. Price and lack of other options brought me back. Much better second time round. New staff member Luchi (or similar) was friendly and welcoming. Modern deluxe room was great although smaller balcony than classic deluxe and no seating. Avoid the standard rooms. Only complaint was renovations near the pool made it unusable due to noise but couldn't hear it in my room.
