I love to review on this hotel since hours before I check in, I read bad review and that made me nervous 😅😅😅 My stay was superb and soooo comfy. I got nice room with complete amenities. I love how they provide water dispenser outside the room while also we got kettle inside. less 1 star on : 1. location. the hotel can be reach directly from outside. the entrance is beside My News Store in front of Saba Restaurant. but if you enter Dpulze from Family Mart, you have to go down 2 level (lowest level) to P1. 2. no plastic for dustbin 3. breakfast - tapau style. no buffet. for RM30-RM40, this kind of service is not worth at all. if you have to pick up breakfast (2 choices : Fried Rice or Fried Yee Mee - cost you around RM7-RM8 per pack) at lobby, it is better for you enter the mall and get something that worth the price. 4. 1 pass card for 1 room only although you came with other person. 5. Iron are not provided in the room or at the same floor. you have to go down to the lobby to get it. But after all, I love the deco and my room are really clean. attitude staff? very polite and amazing! Will come again for sure 😍😍😍

all the basic necessities are there. the hotel very strategic in cyberjaya accessable to the lively mall. wifi facility quite fast. and for improvement my suggestion is , if the hotel provide or allow guest to use the pool are an advantage and please tell the cleaners to clean the toilet wall properly because it's getting yellow

Just below D’Pulze mall. Very convenient. Mattrass so good. A very plump bed. Very comfortable to rest before your noon flight from KLIA. Room is compact but enough. Worth the money, compared to the other more famous hotel brand upstairs the mall.

Nice room with city view ...i ask for high level so i can enjoy the city view...the room clean and so comfortable with the vibe...and the tv have screen mirorring ....i like it...parking a bit difficult because the hotel is next with mall ...but it okay i still love it...

2nd stay and the experience was getting better”
First entered the parking lot was greeted by the friendly guard happily and feel appreciated on the spot. The process of check in smooth as butter although have to fill in the form online, the room was superb and clean. The housekeeper on duty assisted me a lot, asked politely if need to change or remake the room. Give him token of appreciation please. The process of check out also easy peasy just one particular thing that make me uncomfortable, my room was facing the apartment, I can’t open the window as I wanted too. Hope next time got the park view so I can enjoyed my stay meaningfully. Kudos to all

Booked at FOX, transferred to Citadines”
My review would be on Citadines. I booked my stay at Fox Lite but got transferred to Citadines since the hotel is not opened yet (until May 2022). Stay at Citadines was good, staffs polite and easy breasy checking in via QR code scanning to fill up your details. Connected to DPulze Shopping Centre (both Fox and Citadines), it’s easy to find entertainment and food. All facilities are clean and all lifts working fine. Will return back to Citadines, and definitely will try checking in Fox in the future.

Pricing is very reasonable compared to the room and facilities received. Easy access to Dpulze mall. Just that there are no cups/ mugs for making the 3 in 1 drinks in the room, just paper cups (like the ones you buy for to go coffee). You can get water from the dispenser in the hallway. i will definitely return here.

my second visit here. love the place. attached to D'pulze shopping center. opposite to variety of food shops. close to cyber park. room was spacious and clean. staff was super friendly and helpful. parking is nearby as well.

CLEAN & SUFFICIENT FOR ONE NIGHT”
Stay only for a night. This hotel located in the mall but you can access from outside too. But from parking i get lost for a while but its actually not that difficult to find it. Flat rate parking rm3. But it calculate per in & out. So if you just park less that 3hrs better pay normal at machine.

i have a difficulty finding the hotel to check in as the original place has been closed. Turn out the hotel actually is the same as Citadines which is inside the mall, UG floor. Check in was fast.less than 5min. Parking is easy, as you can park inside the mall, plenty of parking. Not free but they do provide flat rate. The hotel was more like studio apartment, got small kitchen with stove, microwave, pots and pan. Perfect for a long stay. I love that the hotel is inside the mall, plenty of shop and restaurant downstairs.very convenient. Wifi is not fast for Netflix but good enough for you to do some work done. After all, i will come back here for another short gateway.

Great place for weekend staycation or shortrip”
This hotel was under renovation and my stay was upgraded to Citadines. Great place inside the mall. Staff very helpfull as initially i was lost due to my own mistakes. Parking flat rate RM3.30/entry. Just no drinking/mineral water inside. Got ironing facilities & hair dryer in the room. Got all my fav restaurant just nearby Citadines. Worth the money. Definitely will come again if needed to stay nearby.

I like the hotel! exactly in the mall!!!! just the staff should remind the customer where to park & how to get to the hotel. Not just us, there is also more than one family who struggles to find the hotel from the car park. Otherwise everything is fine! Im happy customer!
