Well kept hotel, nice rooms, good staff. Air con and shower modern. Breakfast extensive , both thai and western food. Near Tonn Tann eateries open nightly and KFC but a drive up to the main part of the city. A step up from your 400-500 Baht a night accommodation.

Very noisy A/C. That could not properly cool the room. And the breakfast is just basic. Worst coffee ever. The room is clean but the bathroom is not sanitary. And the water leaks all over the bathroom floor. This is the second time with this problem. I should not have stayed again. Will not stay again.

I've stayed here several times and I used to love it. Not anymore but that's due to the price. When I first started staying it was approx £12-£15 per night now it's £20 and I suspect that is due to the recently built convenience hotel which is a sister hotel located right behind this hotel. I suspect the prices have been raised due to the new build. It's a shame but for me there are equally good if not better cheaper hotels in the area.

Stayed here many times. Rooms are comfortable. Very disappointed that I had to walk through an alley (smelling of sewage) to a new hotel building in the back. Smelling the sewage on the way to breakfast ruins one's appetite. Things were better eating on the second floor of the front building during prior visits.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Location is south of the most interesting parts of Khon Kaen along a busy road, so taxi/tuk-tuk charges can add-up fast when you are a gringo/farang. Bed/room were clean and comfortable and reasonably quiet while we were there. Breakfast was skippable. Good WiFi connection in our room. No significant drawbacks, decent value, so I would recommend this hotel.

A Difficult Location”

I found it difficult to travel by public transport to/from this hotel. You need a car. It is really designed for those with a car. The food service was very basic.
