We chose this hotel despite it not having any reviews. No regrets doing that. The hotel was newly built and only opened for a month before our stay. Everything looked clean and new and nothing was broken. This is the first hotel we stayed that used a magnetic sticker to indicate what type of room service required. We opted for no room service and the housekeeping team left the new linen in a bag outside our room for us. The room was small and that is normal with most hotels in Japan. It was really convenient as there are 3 different train/metro lines nearby. Also nearby are restaurants and convenient stores. Very good front desk staff. We didn't take any breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was overpriced. Overall, it was a good stay on a quiet street.

Our stay here was perfect. Hotel was a short walk to trains and shops. Coming from airport, we didn't had a hard time to locate it as it is right above a train station. Although the room was smaller than I expected and no cabinet for our stuff. Nonetheless, room was cleaned everyday. It was nice that there were toiletries provided, I loved their brand of shampoo. Staff were also helpful to us when we checked-in.

We stayed a night at this hotel.Was expecting a real tight space, like most hotels rooms in Tokyo. Pleasantly surprised at how rather spacious the room was, by Tokyo standard, that is.Very clean,has no odour, equipped with the usual amenities.Shower was quite spacious.Pretty near to several train station.Walking distance to Akihabara Station.For muslims, Masjid Nusantara in Akibahara is also within walking distance. We love it .Value for money.Will recommend for others to stay.

Small but great ”
The room is a bit small, but they manage to utilised every corner of the room. The toilet is complete with all amenities required. Love the idea of eco friendly hotel. Suitable for 2 adults plus one small kid. Location wise is great since it is just a walking distance to 3 train stations. Around 3-5mins walk. Do note the nearest Bakurocho exit only have stairs.

We stayed 2 nights. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable, the TV is very big, the bathroom was clean and had great facilities. The breakfast was well varied, continental and Japanese, very good. The location is convenient, we walked to Akihabara, but there is a station closeby too, if you prefer to take the metro.

Value for money”
One of the cheapest and value for money hotel we have ever stayed in Tokyo. We decided to opt for this hotel despite the small size is because we were out of the room most of the day anyway. But as far as the facilities go, the hotel was extremely clean and complete and was well connected to the JR lines-making it super convenient. In terms of location, it was only 2 stations away from Tokyo station. We also walked to Akibahara, which was only about 20 minutes away by foot. The only thing that was the level of friendliness of the staff, which I found was not typical for a Japan standard, as they appeared to be quite unfriendly and harsh. Perhaps this is a point for the hotel to work on. But in summary, we were very happy with the hotel and found it to be very worthwhile for money despite the size (which is normal for Tokyo standard anyway).

Enjoyed our stay. 1 min walk to 3 different stations (plus direct train to airport). 5 minute by taxi to Akihabara. A few small restaurants nearby.

APA exceeded expectations. The rooms were small, but still bigger than I had anticipated. The water pressure in the bathroom was pretty good. Although near several train lines, please check which ones you'll end up using more based on where you're planning on going in Tokyo.

Great location, excellent value for money”
As with most Japanese hotels, room and toilet sizes are small. If you do not have a problem with that, you won't find any other reason not to like this place. Location, amenities, staff...everything is great. A direct train via Asakusa Line from Haneda airport brought us straight to Bakuro-yokoyama station from where we walked 5 mins to reach the hotel.

Great Location ”
5 mins away from 3 subway lines. There are multiple convenience stores nearby. My room was on 5th floor facing main street and could hear the traffic even late at night. The room was small but very functional with very big TV. No self laundry machines. They provide kettle in room and ice cube machine on 2nd floor.

Easy pick”
Your average APA, great value (especially with GOTO) I think i had the double room and it was very spacious. I have a great view of the sky tree from my window, was not expecting that! While not necessarily a tourist area, having the multiple subway lines close by was easy access to the whole city. Plenty of restaurants and conbini surrounding. If you are a walker, its only 15 minutes or so to get to other close neighbourhoods. Would stay again.

As you said, our hotel is very close to 3 lines of station, therefore it is easy access to other parts of Tokyo and Haneda and Narita both airports. Some of rooms on higher floor in our hotel is able to see Sky Tree from the windows. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants around our hotel, however 4 convenience stores are close to here.
