Préférer les chambres supérieures moins bruyante que les autres. Standard de propreté asiatique. Cet Hotel est situé à 8 minutes de la gare en taxi. Le personnel fait tout pour que l'on ce sente bien. Repas et déjeuner bons et copieux. Il est possible de louer des scooters pour pas chère. Une personne de l’hôtel nous a même accompagner une journée pour découvrir les plages du sud. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.

Un hôtel accueillant mais trop bruyant”

Nous avons fait étape à Jember dans notre route vers Malang. L'hôtel est un peu loin de la gare, mais cela reste acceptable. Le personnel est très attentif à ce que tout se passe au mieux. Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas exceptionnel, et le principal problème est que les chambres sont vraiment exposées au bruit de la rue.

The hotel is clean, and for the price, good value. The staff were helpful, in spite of the language barrier. The location is fine, outside of a Jember but not an issue if you have a scooter or car. We were in Jember around Idul Fitri and couldn't get a taxi so the owner and his friend very kindly brought us to the train station which was nice.

We stayed for a day in this hotel as our trip to go to papuma and watu ulo beach. Nice location in the higher place, far from the crowded and noisy city of jember. Good for travelers who look for the quite and peaceful accomodation. The staff services were also outstanding. We came as the backpackers from Bali and had no transport to go to those beach, but thank God the staffs were so kind and friendly, they let us to use their operational motorcycle for free. Highly recommended hotel..Thankyou Arowana Hotel.

actually me and my friends stayed at arowana hotel just for a while.. we rest here and make ourself up after had a trip trip to papuma beach. It about an hour (by car) from papuma beach to the hotel. At the end, if you wanna go to the Jember and searching for comfy and cheap hotel, Arowana Hotel is one of them. :D
