We stayed one night in a studio apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and the washing machine is a great addition. The bed was very comfortable and the beautiful linen was greatly appreciated. There is a lovely view from the huge window which makes the apartment feel very spacious. Loved having a pool onsite too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment can be reached easily by underground train or alternatively it is only a short walk from Tokyo Station. Highly recommended.

Lobby grand, parking lot so good. Kitchen with full set equipment. ”
Staffs are helpful, and nice. Parking are good, just downstair of the hotel. You don't need a jackets for picking up the car. Next building are office with at least 20’s restaurants plus store. Hotel super clean, not even a dust on any surface. Kitchen with full set of kitchen wares. The washing machine are good with dyres.

Best location ”
Super close to Tokyo station, we just rolled our suitcases and followed Otemachi and arrived at our hotel without ever leaving the station. Size is great and really nice gym too. Hotel helped me make reservations and offered options to suit my budget. Will def stay here again.

Amazing place”
The stay at Ascott was amazing, hardly com across apartment style hotels so having a washing machine, kitchen and cooking equipment included was a great addition to the room. The room itself is spacious and very comfortable for 2 people, and the furnishing gives the place a elegant yet homey touch. Location wise, the hotel is above the Otemachi metro station so it is very handy to get around. Staff provided great service and were very kind and helpful during our stay. Really enjoyed the stay here, would recommend to others.

Perfect Hotel for group/family travelers! ”
This hotel has very large room compare to other hotels in tokyo and the location is very good. It's connected to the subway station (Otemachi) and easy to get taxi in front of hotel.

We can highly recommend this Hotel if needing to stay near Tokyo Station, the only suggestion is to make sure the Taxi Driver knows where the Hotel is located as the signage is not very prominent and numerous taxis wanted to drop us at a different location. Rooms and staff are very good, we would definately stay again.

Very nice environment, best location for jogging around the Imperial Palace ”
Staff members are very helpful and kind, though we are unlucky and some facilities closed down due to annual electricity check, perfect location for jogging around the Imperial Palace with such a secure and relaxing environment.

Good location, just 5 min walk to the nearest station which is one station away from Tokyo station. Very adequate facilities in the room to make this a comfortable stay. Especially liked the washing machine in the room itself.

The room was spacious, clean and a wonderful view of the skyline. Only complain is that the locatoon is not close to shops or restaurant. In addition, wouldnt it be great the staff help you with your luggages...?
