I had a pleasant stay there. Quick automated check-in and check-out. Room has a ship theme, like you are looking out from a ship. Clean and spacious for the price. Highly recommended for those tourists focused on attractions. NTU hospital mrt exit 4 then walk across the peace park.

Good Hotel to Stay in Taipei”
Early check-in time of 3pm compared to other hotels; with FREE pocket wifi that you can use when you go around Taiwan (with deposit; had I known this earlier I would not have availed pocket wifi rental from the airport!); friendly english-speaking hotel staff; clean toilet and bath. This is located near the Taipei Main Train Station, a number scenic areas in Taipei, restaurants, convenience stores and the night market. Will definitely stay here when we visit Taipei again!

Great location”
When we arrived in Taipei, our whole family got sick. We arrived at the hotel around 10 am and just decided to stay at the lobby to wait for check-in (at 3pm) because of our condition. At 12nn, the front desk allowed us to check in already so that we can rest. Super thankful to the front desk officers. Our room was big enough for the 5 of us, enough space for the 4 luggages. Clean bathroom, soft beds & pillows. The location of the hotel is perfect. Very near the NTU hosp station, a few min away from Ximen & Taipei Main stations. Walking distance to Ximending night market, Chiang Kai Shek Memorial, Presidential Office Bldg. A lot of restos of local food in the vicinity, in front of Starbucks, a few minutes walk from Family mart, 7-11 (several around the area), pharmacy, 50 Lan milk tea ;).

Reception Staff really attentive ”
The rooms are indeed extremely small. It’s a clean comfortable place to sleep in a convenient location. The ladies at the reception were really sweet. Every request I made was handled right away. The staff seemed to me to genuinely care about the guest.

This hotel is located in a quiet side of the area. Staff are helpful and clean. The only thing is the walls are thin so I could hear people next door talking at 2am.

Very near to 228 peace park and MRT. Staff are friendly and helpful”
No three single beds room and quad room is small even for three persons. Coffee and tea are not provided in the room and free mineral water and cookies for guest are kept in the refrigerator which may confuse guest whether it is free.

Decent Hotel”
Located about 3-5 minutes from the NTU (red line) station, which is one stop away from Main Station. Check-in time is strictly from 3pm onwards. You can leave your luggage at the hotel and be off on your trip if arrive early. However, you luggage won't be waiting for you in your room -- you have to carry everything yourself to your room, which I find odd since most other Asian hotels would automatically do this as a service. Not a deal breaker though. Room was clean but dusty. I was itching quite a bit despite the fact that maids did come in, clean, and restock the fridge and shower supplies on a daily basis. Hotel staff did not communicate in English that well, but was adequate enough to get the job done. Do beware of the limited space of the shower and the conspicuous design. You could hurt yourself. Overall, the hotel is nothing special but not a bad choice if you're on a budget.

Staff at the front office are not friendly theu not carw about the customer when you entrance for chek in not even say hello, we don't know we can check in by machine no sign or any thing for that. After waiting for check in about 20 min staff just tell us go to the machine we waiting for taking with the machin exactly. Location was ok middle of the MRT not really close. When we go to the room staff just bring the bed sheet and towel and he just working while we are in the room already why not finish ot before and the room was unsafe the door are not lock when we will go outside it take about 10 min to fix it and also cannot open after we went outside all day and go back to rest we have to wait for unlock the door about 20 min in front of the room !!!! the room are not clean smelly and noisy.

We check in late. There have 1 fat lady staff, she can speak English but very rude. The hotel far away from train station. The cleanliness is poor. Not value for money. If with children strongly not recommended. If u pay for this price suggest get other hotel which far better from this one

I stayed for 2 nights. I couldn't sleep because of the fake wall. Through it I heard them talking. And I booked Deluxe for 3people, but room was too small. So we couldn't open our luggages.

Had a terrible understanding with the supervisor, paid our hotel in advance for 5k plus twd and when we got their around 10:30pm denied our full payment. Worst costumer service ever.
