GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY AND VERY CENTRAL!”
I will stay here again when I go back to Beijing! Excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. I had a the King Bed A size room with a window and it was perfect for my needs. Although they don't speak English they have an electronic translator and it was perfect for the little interaction I had in the concierge. The location was perfect and easy to find: Located close to the subway line 5 Tiantandongmen station. 1 - Take Exit B. 2 - Come out the station, turn left walk a few metres to the intersection (Tiantan Lu). 3 - Turn right crossing over the street , and you will come to a large building on the right named Hongqiao Pearl Market. 4 - Continue walking down Tiantan Lu past the pearl market (Pizza Hut, McDonald's in this building) and just past the building you will come to Fahuasi Jie. 5 - Turn right and walk straight ahead several blocks until you come to the Bestay on your right hand side. The entrance is well marked by a blue sign on the canopy. Enjoy your stay!

New directions to get to this hotel”
This time I discovered that if you come out of the Tiantandongmen subway station (line 5) Exit B, you can keep walking straight down the street to the traffic lights. Turn left at this intersection. (On the right you will see a supermarket (underground) where the prices are pretty good. ) Continue down this street to the end, and then turn right. The hotel is a couple of blocks down on the right.

Near the temple of heaven”
The hostel was reasonable for its price. It was quite far from the metro around 10 mins walk. You need to find the blue building, which is the building of thr hostel. The sign was in chinese so I think this would be the best way to find it. The temple of heaven is very near. If you come out from the metro you will see the temple of heaven. There are also some eateries and mall nearby. The hostel allowed us to leave our baggage after check out. About the wifi it does not reach the room. But it is strong when you are in the lobby. The room was ok. The linens were clean, the AC is working well, as well as the water heater. The towel though was so small to wipe your entire body. Please take note that one should leave a deposit of 20 yuan for the keycard. Because they have a digital door lock.

It's located within walking distance to the subway, bus stops and the Temple of Heaven. Nearby are food cafes, restaurant, convenience store and a shopping mall with a food court. Hotel only provide paper cups and a new small thin bath towel which I think would be discarded after use ( new concept of disposable bath towel?). My room was never cleaned nor rubbish disposed in my entire 5 nights stay. I reckon it's to save labour cost and that create doubt as to it's cleanliness.

Good location but needs some upgrades”
We stayed for six nights to do some sightseeing around Beijing. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the subway with quite a few restaurants and convenience stores 5-10 min walk. The hotel itself could do with some upgrades as it looks a little dated, some of the machines in the common area weren't working and there was no laundry service or room. Our room was big but the only small window looked into a small space with a sky light above so there was basically no natural light which was a shame. The shower whilst hot was essentially a dribble so I only washed my hair once in 6 days (those with thick long hair be warned!). The towels they provide are like mini hand towels - we luckily had our own travel towels to use otherwise we would have been stuffed! The air con is good but v. Loud (on its last legs) so we couldn't have it on at night. Overall we found our stay okay but would probably book somewhere else if we came to Beijing again.

BEST STAY EXPRESS HOTEL, BEIJING, CHINA”
The hotel has a 2 stars rating, and most of the facilities meet that of a TWO STARS HOTEL rating. THE rooms are clean and quite spacious. The bath room is acceptable and good warm water supply . The towels are clean. The service staff are helpful, BUT with limited amount of ENGLISH. There is NO DINNING Facility; the lobby has a wending machine offering some quick bites for the DESPERATE Hungry clients. There are few dinning outlets nearby. The famous " HONG QIAO" Pearls market is near by. offering other items apart from Pearls. There is a Good food court in same complex. The SUBWAY is quite a distance from the hotel. The location of hotel is quite a distance from Main road and the Famous HEAVENLY TEMPLE !!! GOOD VALUE for Money , if one is looking for a budget outleyt in BEIJING !!!

Dont trust Google in finding the place”
Is hard to locate the address, is in between Metro Zhong Lou and Yong Ling Men. door spoil , tv got buzzling sound and the bath room is shared ,so dont expect the toliet to be very clean. Beside that the rest is good!

No towels, no soap, we had to change rooms because the first one the AC was dripping and the TV was not working, and in the floor when you go in front of the elevator the ceiling is falling and have a huge hole in it

Tiny rooms”
The room is tiny, and bathroom without privacy. Towells are tiny, just for hands... Almost no space to let our bags in the room, sheets old , noisy corridor, you can hear every one around because the walls are so thin. We expected a better room. It doesn't look like the pictures...

Price is not commensurate to the service”
The room is not fitted for two people though the accommodation says can fit two adults, No towels only thin towelette that cannot dry wet body. No free drinks (bottled water) and no breakfast compare to other hotels in China with the same price. Though the facilities are excellent and the surroundings are clean and it is very near the malls. Hope my issues are to be considered before I recommend it to my friends. Thank you.

It was not bad ”
I have stayed here for 1 week . Stuff is a bit rude when you come early in the morning then do not give the room and have to wait till 12 pm . We were tired early morning i request them but they did not give the room . Overall it was good experience.

far from the main road”
pros - the room was fairly clean - the place is quiet and peaceful - the room attendant were kind and helpful cons - very far from the main road and from the nearest subway station - there were no towels, soaps or shampoos - late checkouts are not allowed *btw, they usually ask for a RMB 20 deposit but willingly returns the amount upon checkout

Dirty and smelly room. You could smell the smoke from last year's resident. Cramped and not comfortable at all. The staff could bother at all about us being there.

This hotel is cheap, but very uncomfortable. Dirty rooms, no soap, towels, no toilet paper. Wi-Fi was slow. Staff did not speak english, but it was possible to communicate through translation devices they had. We wanted a Room with a window to have an extra emergency exit in case of fire, but there was a contrete wall right outside the window. We could have just as well bookes a room without a window. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, but it did however have clean sheets, so we could feel somewhat comfortable in bed. Aircondition worked well.
