Great place! Extended a number of days. Even though some comments may sounds harsh, I highly recommend; would book again. When traveling solo, hotels need are basic, but increasingly challenging. Cleanliness, safety, decent bed/clean sheets, insect-free, WiFi, convenient location, value (price/quality) + some extras: Lighting (hotels seem to love CFL - can't even read a book, (considering packing camp headlamp). Hotel rooms have a nice industrial/modern vibe. It works. A/C could be a bit cooler. Desk would be great if it's legs were a bit longer. Why? Cuz needs pillow to sit on chair (similar model in Hanoi Hilton) then one cannot fit under desk. Convenient access to Monorail, close proximity to Times Sq., but better off getting a great meal at Burger 16 around the block. Best asset? Staff super conscientious. Beat Macau 5 Star. Ladies (Jane + ) super cute ;-) . Haha. (I had a window King btw)

Amazing memorable stay”
We got upgraded to a room with a city view window thanks to some construction and upgrading going on in the building and it was incredible! Lovely room, bright, clean and spacious enough. The bathroom was amazing, lots of space. Loved the clean sleek design of the hotel. Felt very homey yet with all the luxuries that a hotel provides. The staff was always friendly and the reception area is very nice as well. They let us keep our bags for a couple of hours before our next check in and all in all we had a lovely experience. There was some construction happening outside but even so we loved it amd have returned once more ^-^ The Berjaya Town Square Mall is super close in walking distance and we loved all the options of things to do and places to eat! Also close to the MRT

Excellent for a budge hotel!”
Location was just like 5 minutes away from the monoral and all the other happening places. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and surprisingly very spacious (I was upgraded from single to a double room). The only issue I have is the room smells like cigarettes when you don't turn on the air con. It doesn't smell anymore (at least not as strong) once you switch on the air con so I wasn't too bothered. Would also help if the room had a safe box but I'm not too picky. I only stayed for one night but I thought it was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

We booked 2 rooms and we requested the rooms to be next each other and wanted to stay only at the ground floor since we have young kids and got more luggage and they attended to our demand. During check-in, one of the lady staff, told us how to get to the malls (which is only a walking distance from the hotel)even if we didn't ask her. Great customer service!!!

This hotel never let me down for so many times! The accommodation here is awesome with the fresh new rooms renovated. Great location, modern hotel”
Location is great in Bukit Bintang, just 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station which connect to Sentral Station to the Airport. Walk distances to all what Bukit Bintang offers, malls, restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel itself is modern and very clean, staff are helpful, for the price we paid it's a really good deal. I will certainly going back to this hotel for my future trips in Kuala Lumpur.

All the staff is very nice. We get upgrade for executive room. Try to ask the staff whether the new wings got avaiable room to stay. Cause i look overall the bad comment from the old wings. The new wings was very nice to stay. All the room clean and spacious. I will recommend all my friends to stay

Unlike any other hotels I'm been staying, this hotel really make me feel like i in my own world and able to concentrate in my work as well. Definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.

We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel, having just had our son in hospital for a couple of days. So we had booked at Ceria after reading reviews of the hotel being comfortable and clean. Our plan was to take it easy, go for walks and have a comfortable space where to rest. ANd we are so glad we chose Ceria Hotel. The location made our daily life very easy, with good and inexpensive restaurants behind the hotel (do not miss the Malaysian restaurant!), as well as the mall... so we could take the kids to the movies, supermarkets nearby and quite an strategic location. The room was also beautiful, loved the design, it was very clean and comfortable and the beds were excellent.

Cheaper hotel but a very good facility. Although we’re having trouble in using the wifi due to no connection (we need to use the wifi in the hallway for faster connection), i will still provide 5 star to facilities due to the room facilities. The hotel i neer Plaza Hotel which is a 5 mins walk. Also, we talked to a filipino receptionist which is a plus factor. Dont expect for free bottled water and refrigirator facility. Though, they do have dispenser water in the lobby. Overall, we’re happy on our experience.

I'm a frequent traveller to KL. I stayed so many budget hotels before and no one can beat this. This is the best boutique hotel, value for money and time! The services is tip top and the location is super strategic to the person who wish to explore the downtown core of KL. Best!

Great Hotel. Great Stay. Staff were friendly. Aircon, water heater working fine. Clean place. No complaints except TV channels are limited. And day time there's noisy contructions just infront of the hotel but we were mostly out in the daytime so didnt hear much of the noise. Overall great place to stay. Conveniently located just behind Berjaya Times Square and Imbi station.

Great place since I stay there regularly since 2015. There is now an annex building with very functional, modern and comfortable rooms and bathroom. The beds are of really great comfort.

We checked in late but the front desk is so helpful and room is alrdy ready. Really nice as stated in picture and clean place. The only downside, phone got no service in the room. Other than that, we’re definitely coming back next time!

I had a good stay here, the location is good and the decor is nice. The not so good part is I can hear music from the club next door at night but it isnt so bad. Our room smell of mildew but thankfully it cleared up the next day. Otherwise everything was great, and i would likely to stay here again for a short stay.

Have to walk around 5-7min from Hang Tuah station, quite easy found by using Google Map. The staff is friendly and polite. I like one of the female staff she is cute and friendly. The environment of the hotel is comfortable and elegant. Overall quite worth the price and room is clean👍🏻👍🏻 Toilet is very clean👍🏻 The location is near Pavilion and I take grab from hotel to Pavilion only spend me RM5. 👍🏻👍🏻Grab from Suria KLCC only spend me RM8. Good location and will be visit again.
