Superbe”

A chance find on Agoda. Khon kaen is a beautiful place with clean air and a mild temperature and this hotel was a godsend after our experience in Chiang Mai and Phitsanulok with its crowds, noise and pollution. In particular this hotel although basic was clean and is situated next to a lake with a nice breeze. It was relatively quiet compared with other places since it is a bit outside the main city centre. Not may tourists around here. indeed not many hotel guests. It was just what we needed before continuing on our journey in the beautiful north east.

Good value, nice stay, nice experience”

Mostly positive experience. Lake view was wonderful and room was very clean and bright. Traffic noise was significant but lake view made it worth it and it got quiet around 11pm. Would stay there again. Guy at desk couldn't speak English but was very helpful and patient. Only negative: they charged more than the agreed price on Agoda. Reason given... you must pay online with credit card to get that price. So I had to pay an additional 100 baht per night for room because I paid cash.

Over rated. Overpriced”

Very overpriced and overrated. Paid extra for a de luxe room but it was very very basic and small. nThe room was very dated, no facilities, only one electric socket. Bed very hard just like laying on concrete. Hate to think what the standard rooms are like !!!!!!.Would NOT stay here again.

Nice Budget Hotel with Good Value for Money”

This hotel is definitely good value for money. It is equipped with the basic amenities and has got high speed wifi. The seafood restaurant at the hotel is also worth visiting with quality dishes, both Chinese and Thai flavour. I have extended my stay for another 2 nights as I did not want to move to another hotel because of the standards of service rendered.

Difficult to find a taxi to the city but if you rent or have your own car will be perfect, lakeside view is nice.

Hotel an sich nicht schlecht, Personal sehr freundlich, die Zi. sauber. Aber direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße daher viel zu laut. Schlecht isolierte Fenster. Eher nicht mehr.

ห้องเก่ามาก เหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด ประตูเหมือนไม่ค่อยดี ต้องได้เปลี่ยนห้องเพราะไฟไม่ติดและแอร์ไม่เย็น พอเปลี่ยนอีกห้องก็ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเหมือนไม่ค่อยมีคนพักและไม่ทำความสะอาด
