Peu de qualité mais Horriblement cher ”
L'hôtel offre peu de qualité, peu d'espace, peu de services mais coûte horriblement cher. On a l'impression d'être contestament surveillé par les staffs. Cela ne vaut pas le coût de choisir cet hotel. Il faudrait trouver un autre hôtel avec un prix raisonnable.

The room was well-furnished, minimalistic, clean and well-maintained. Reception staff was friendly, approachable and helpful. There are a few convenience stores near by. Pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Not the most exciting area if you are on a family vacation.”
Although location was convenient (5-8min walk to the Station), due to it being a business district, don't expect exciting happenings in the area, especially at night - it's very quiet. If you are looking for the feel of Tokyo night street life - stay at Shinjuku. This is more of a business hotel. Rooms are small but clean, but not the best for a family holiday.

Hotel is conveniently located about 3 blocks away from Tokyo Station and about 5 mins walk (Take Yaesu South Exit). There is an entrance leading to Yeasu underground shopping mall which is extremely helpful in the cold weather when I was there. Price wise I guess this is typically of all Japanese hotels which is expensive but small space given. The only thing I have to comment additionally is that when I wanted to check out on last day and 30 mins before scheduled Narita Express (need to get on that train if not will be late), I was told that I have to pay additional local tax of Yen 200/ night. This was something not told to me during my check in nor reflected as such when I paid in full using Agoda. In fact this is the first time I still need to pay even after using Agoda to fully settled all hotel room bills). The receipt from Agoda was not helpful as it wasn't itemised. I asked the recep if they are going to hold me hostage as I was hard pressed for time and in the end they let me go off after I gave them my email address for them to double check with Agoda. Have yet to hear from them. Would Agoda be able to advise here as well?

Perfect Location”
The location for our transfer thru Tokyo Station was perfect. It is really close to the station and a short walk to Ginza. The service was excellent and the rooms well appointed although typically small but that's Japan.

I needed to find a hotel within walking distance to Tokyo Station. This hotel was about 5 minutes walk from the east exit of Tokyo Station. It also worked out nice because I checked in around 1100PM and needed to get food. There was a section of town about 2 blocks away that had all night restaurants.
