Fantastic hospitality and location”
Walking into the lobby, there was a fantastic flowery smell that made you feel welcomed. The staff were so helpful. The concierge helped us track our missed parcel with the shipping company and each time we needed help, they went all out. There are loads of food locations in the utown mall connected the hotel. I will definitely come back again. Very clean hotel too. Meets international standards for sure.

Terrible attitude of lobby manager”
I checked in midnight and was asked to giv my credit card details for deposit. I paid rmb 2500 as deposit. Same time there is a well-suited guy checked in next to me and was asked same question; he refused to give his credit card for deposit; miraculously the lobby manager agreed with happy grin face. Curious on the double standard treatment, i asked for clarification. After second questions, the lobby manager get furious and yelled at me. He kept asking “why do you not want to giv credit card??? Tell me why dont u want to give your credit card??!” What is your problem??? “ The way he yelled is like as if he is one gangster talkjng to another gangster. He might be a vip but i didnt see why i cannot ask for clarification? I Cancel booking immediately and leave

OK, but not great”
10 minutes walk from exit A of MTR station but you need to cross a little tunnel. Also, there is no elevator going down the station for that exit. Hotel facilities are on par with hotels at similar level. Breakfast has a lot of variety but taste is only average.

Great location for a hotel. Huge mall nearby and lots to do. The downside is the hotel is on the standard Chinese heating system so there is no control of heat/cool in the rooms. The room I had was sweltering hot at night. 25 degrees Celsius. I didn't sleep very much but instead sweat the entire night. Other than that the room was clean and comfy. I would stay again but not in the winter as the room was roasting hot even though I had the air turned down to 15C.

Cici at the front desk really helped me with an important problem. All staff were friendly. The breakfast is one of the best I have seen in China 10 different stations with every type of food.

Not very near MTR station”
Not very near the MTR station as expected. Actually quite far away and need 10 mins walk. House keeping staff were not very responsive and needed to remind twice to get a razor kit. One of the bedding lights kept intermittence flashing. Washing basin was not work properly (fixed after informed the hotel staff). One good thing is the buffet breakfast, many variety of choices.
