Chambre très simple : lit avec moustiquaire, ventilateur, salle de bain eau froide. Les chambres du haut sont mieux (pas humides). Très proche du centre ce qui est pratique mais en bord de route pas bruyante la nuit, mais le matin oui. Très bonne ambiance, le patron organisé tout ce que vous souhaitez : camp des éléphants, tour de bateau, location de moto. On a trouvé que le restaurant était très bon et pas trop cher.

L’hôtel est top, très bon rapport qualité prix. Attention aux bus de retour sur Yangon qui ne déposent pas dans le centre mais n’importe où. Je conseil donc de prendre un bus direct vers la station de bus près de l’aeroport.

Il vous font payer la première nuit le prix de agoda, la nuit suivante 10$ et la nuit d'après 15$ pour la même chambre, le matelas du lis et inexistant et il marque sur agoda wifi alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Pas d'eau chaude. Et les murs sont en feuilles de palmier donc on entend tout et on a la lumière des voisins.

dear valued customer, it is michael from dream house and thank you for the time to review my place but i would like to explain you about my place and then you will understand the problem hopefully because i was the first one backpacker guest house in ngwe saung before and i was the cheapest one in ngwe saung beach otherwise people has to stay by the big hotel which is so expensive we cannot count that mean i was the first one who try to give you (the foreigner) place which is the price you can pay for so everything was really basic to be cheaper than other places in town, this guest house was becoming according to the backpackers request which is not easy to accommodate foreigners at that time by the government policy so hope to understand the situation here but now almost everything is changed already so hope to see you again next time to see my new things and wish you all the best. regards, michael

Room i had was huge. It literally had 2 king size beds and it was just me. Everything was clean and the breakfast was nice. Staff were great. My only problem was the wifi i could not connect from the room nor from the restaurant which was an issue as a digital nomad but i had data on my phone to hot spot so was not the end of the world. Great little spot would highly recommend.

Most amazing place i’ve ever been”
the staff are the nicest people I’ve met so far in Asia, they would go above and beyond. The owner even went out of his way to arrange for me that my headphones which I left in the night bus would be brought back from Yangon to me. They washed all of my clothes for me when they got wet in tropical storm. The breakfast is amazing, and the people from the village are really nice too. Don’t even hesitate booking here, it’s the best place by far!

Here...everythings simple! I stay one week here because of that! The breakfast change every day ,its something simple but really nice wen you stay longer. Dream house guest house is close to the beach also. Please if u plan to come in ngwe saung , you have to stop here. The bus.from yangon drop you front of Dream house and they pick you up also front of the réception...means very confortable service

The staff is amazing. Very generous breakfast. Free cigars coffee and tea. Rooms super clean and well ventilated. We recommend it to anyone since the beach is super close.

Perfect place to enjoy Ngwe Saung”
I booked 3 nights and I stayed 7 :) it was a great time, the owners and stuff always very helpful, kind and friendly, well located, clean, every room has windows, fresh shower, the restaurant has good quality and tasty plus good prices, breakfast included is different every day, comfortable common areas, they have bike & bicycle for rent, tours and more, just ask! it's quiet perfect to rest and read, my visit at Dream Guesthouse couldn't be better.

Fantastic place to stay, the hospitality is outstanding, rooms are simple but clean. I booked it for one night, but ended up to stay 3 nights. The guest house offers you good advices on where to go and what to see, they offer motorbike rent for reasonable price. The owner of this place helped me to arrange transportation to next location

It's a nice place. The owners is so friendly and caring, they do breakfast for you and if you want you can also get dinner there. The room was a bit humid, but that was okay/normal for this time of the year.

The hostel is very good! The stuff is so friendly and we felt very welcomed. It is on the street but it is quit in the room. Cheap and good drinks and food. The rooms are a bit tiny but it is ok. Nice Terrasse and u San rent Scooter and bycicles there for a great value. We would stay there again! Thanks a lot!

This hostel is new. They are still improving the hostel and fixing many things. However, for a low price, you get a large private room. Also the staff are LOVELY! They were friendly and funny and they all tried hard to make sure that my friends and I had a good time. This includes the owner himself, a really nice person. The social area is good and there is free (instant) coffee, green tea and cigars all day (though food varies in quality - sometimes great, sometimes not). I was very happy with my stay, especially because of the lovely people working there. I am sure, also, that the hostel will keep improving itself in the future. I recommend Dream House Guest House highly!

Their breakfast is very good! and restaurant is budgetary and delicious. And staff is very nice! However their WiFi had little problem. many time disconnected... I don't know if it's improved. Acceptable distance to the beach and shopping area by walking for me.

Sometimes it was hard”
I stayed at a single and it was quite cheap for this place but super small! Besides my room was a way too far from the router so I had a really bad wifi connection. One more bonus was a drilling sound of an electrogenerator that from sunset till late night, so my nights were unforgettable! The hostel is right on the main road so you can enjoy the noisy local vehicles and dust as well. Last night I had to move to a double room to have more space and escape the generator area :)) the staff is nice but they really don't understand vegetarian lifestyle, sometimes it was hard like you say 'no eggs pls' and get an egg sandwich right away :) hope it will be better next time <3
