Je recommande l’hôtel propre , bien placé et bien équipé. J’aime beaucoup l’architecture en lien avec la nature. Personnel très sympa et disponible. Ménage bien fait, je remercie ces personnes d’ailleurs qui œuvrent à la propreté. Les gens sont malheureusement bruyants lors des Check out. Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a 5 ans et c’était déjà super. Seul petit bémol mais sans gravité est que l’hôtel a pris un coup de vieux dans les chambres et mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Mais l’hôtel en lui même sinon est super et le personnel plus que génial! Toujours serviable, très aidant et souriant! Je recommande +++ rapport qualité prix excellent

Ayant bénéficié d’une grosse promotion sur le prix de la chambre (500k au lieu de 2400k Rp), l’hôtel valait vraiment le coup. Rien à redire: bien placé, bon buffet de petit-déjeuner, chambre propre, calme. Je recommande.

Hôtel négliger, point positif : Bonne literie et piscine superbe, le cadre et la proximité Point négatif la tv ne capte aucune chaîne, la serrure de la porte était cassé le coffre de la chambre ne fonctionner pas non plus. Les serviette très usé avec des trous et le petit déjeuner à revoir complètement bas de gamme avec un café horrible de la confiture sans fruit, bref on trouve largement mieux dommage car l'hôtel est beau

Heureusement qu’on a eu une réduction énorme, je ne sais pas qui paye leurs chambres à 1M IDR franchement, c’est un peu glauque, pas très propre, en travaux en partie, le petit dej n’est pas spécialement ok. En gros c’est très bien si vous l’avez pour très peu cher et voulez juste dormir proche de l’aéroport.

Pour un court séjour, en arrivant après le voyage et avant de rayonner ailleurs qu'à Kuta, c'est imbattable. Propreté irréprochable et service de qualité.
Seul hic, plus d œufs et Omelettes au buffet 1 heure avant sa Fermeture, frustrant mais le Reste magnifique

Très bien, le seul hic c'est le bruit le matin. Difficile de faire la grasse matinée . Entre le départ tôt le matin des groupes et les chariots et talkies walkies du personnel impossible de dormir.
Le séjour s est mal passé , problème de wifi , personnel innatentif aux requêtes , très très bruyant le matin .. Je ne le recommande pas du tout

we booked this hotel just for the day because it was close to the airport and we wanted it somewhere we could have a shower have a rest and leave our bags. The pricing was also really good and the pool looked really nice. After spending just the day here I think if I was to stay in Kuta it would be a good option and I would love to stay at this hotel overnight. The price is really good and for $7.50 AUD you can get an or you can eat buffet breakfast the next morning. The room was tidy and clean with all amenities. The pool was really nice and the location is very close to the beach shopping mall spas and other shops eight minutes to the airport by Taxi when you are leaving also very handy.
The best hotel for Indians on first day or arrival day or last day since it's very close to the airport as well as the Indian restaurant hardly 3-4 minutes walk. We arrived early so we could not check in but best thing they kept our luggage in the warehouse with token so we could visit another places without worrying before arriving they transferred our to our rooms. Smooth check in. Very close to kuta beach, staff were very nice and welcoming, helpful. Rooms were very clean. Must stay place.
Hotel is located at the heart of Kuta in Bali with close proximity to many palaces including Kuta beach. There a plenty of eating places, shopping malls, supermarkets and banks nearby. Hotel is very clean and it provides value for money. The hotel staff is great and very supportive. The return provides quality food. Stayed here 2 or 3 times. The fiance and I stayed for a week and there wasn't anything the staff couldn't or wouldn't do for us. If there was an issue no matter what it was the staff went up and beyond to fix the issue and make us feel even more welcome. Reza at the pool bar always goes above and beyond for me not just as a Bartender but as a friend I look forward seeing every year. The staff at the front if you stayed before know your name and when they see you even after a year you here MR and your name :). The breakfast buffet was always a look forward moment everyday not just for the omelette station were everyone made is unique, the fresh fruits available and the 4 different types of bread homemade jams and juices and unlimited amount of traditional balinese coffee and guava/orange juice and the selection of the traditional balinse food at the buffet and the bowls of sambal sauce is the Cherry on the top. Will be back in 7 months time to see the staff who are becoming more like family to us every visit! All the love in the world from Jas and Tim to all the staff at the eden ❤️.
This hotel is SUPERB! At face value, you will see this hotel with greenery design and "small", but surprisingly the more you explore this hotel, the more satisfied you are for real! So when we arrived here, our driver can park their car below and it's very spacious and convenient for the lobby, waiting area and also parking space. The front pool that you see is just the kid's pool! They have the adult pool behind them!!! WOW! The FO staffs from the morning shift to the night shift are excellent! They know what they're doing and they're just very helpful. We got a free upgrade to a Pool-Access room within just walking distance from the FO area. Checkin was very smooth and easy (we arrived at night time). They actually have a welcome drink but because we need the room ASAP, we skipped that. The room itself is a bit dim with a greenery ambience but has enough lamps for enough lighting in the room. The AC is cool, the TV is nice and the shower is hot and I like it. But the toilet is a bit smelly hehe (exhaust is working well but since the room is small so you can smell your own production and the smell last a bit longer in the room so I would suggest you to close the bathroom door when you're not using it because your bed is just beside the bathroom). They do have one closet and SDB but the Safety Deposit Box is not working. The pool is clean and the staff clean it regularly. They have a pool bar as well with a few seatings (reclining seat and dining). You can smell smoke in pool area because of people seating and smoking in their balcony. If you are willing to come for a romantic swim with your spouse, you can do it near 5am because they turn off the lights near pool area at that time and I was surprised when I open my curtain at that time and saw a couple having their romantic swim that time and lights were off. hehe. This hotel is serving many tour guests but surprisingly their service is fast and excellence. Food for breakfast is freaking crazy! It's just perfect! M

The hotel is not maintained, towel rail missing of the wall, hairdyer not working in bathroom. Our room had stained bed linen and the pillow cases where from the previous guess, they smelt disgusting, we requested to have all the bed linen changed again. The fridge was dirty inside and seemed it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We found toenails on the floor and floor hadn't been moped. My wife ended up wiping the floor with a packet of wet tissues, they were black from dirt. I took photos and showed the staff at the front desk and they just apologised. The breakfast is not good at all, we chose to have toast and an omelette, however, the toater machine took ages to toast your bread until in became dry and hard and was uneatable. I complained to a staff member at the breakfast area but they didn't seem to really care, just the usual sorry sir. I would never stay at this hotel and don't recommend it to other travellers.
Review untuk Hotel Eden Kuta Bali Kami tiba di Bali menjelang malam dan disambut hangat oleh seorang staff perempuan yang ramah dengan senyum manis. Saat check-in, kami sangat menghargai upgrade yang diberikan dari kamar regular ke junior suite yang luas dan tampak bersih. Sayangnya, malam itu kami tidak bisa tidur karena suara mesin pompa air di atas kamar yang menyala 24 jam. Sekitar tengah malam, kami terpaksa pindah ke kamar lain yang lebih kecil di lantai 2. Namun, kamar tersebut juga kurang nyaman karena suara kendaraan dari luar sangat bising, sehingga kami tetap sulit tidur hingga subuh. Keesokan harinya, kami dipindahkan lagi ke kamar ketiga yang sebenarnya cukup tenang dan nyaman, tapi listriknya terus mati-nyala hingga empat kali. Bahkan sempat tercium bau seperti sesuatu yang terbakar di dalam kamar. Akhirnya, kami kembali dipindahkan ke kamar keempat, yang lokasinya lebih jauh dan membuat kami cukup lelah karena harus berkali-kali membongkar dan menyusun barang. Secara umum, lokasi hotel sangat strategis dan kamar-kamarnya cukup luas. Namun, kebersihan kamar terasa kurang maksimal, mungkin karena jumlah unit yang sangat banyak. Sarapan cukup standar, tidak terlalu variatif, tapi layak. Yang paling kami apresiasi adalah keramahan dan kesigapan para staff yang selalu berusaha membantu setiap kali kami mengalami kendala. --- 📝 Catatan: Kami akan kembali menginap di Hotel Eden Kuta Bali pada tanggal 5 Juli hingga 8 Juli pagi. Kami sangat berharap bisa mendapatkan kamar yang benar-benar tenang dan nyaman, sesuai permintaan awal kami, mengingat kondisi kesehatan yang perlu diperhatikan.
The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The place is clean enough, even if it has been operating for a while (there would be some evidence of that seen when you'll be there: dislodged foam of sofa, rust in the shower area and some cabinet hinges). What we were looking forward to, that was a bit disappointing, was the blocked balcony. We thought at first if that was for a non-smoking room we requested but realised it was because we're looking over a different property behind that block of wall in the room's balcony. We could have been placed in a better spot but we got this room instead. Other than that one aspect, breakfast was great and overall experience was great -- will make sure to have time to use the pool too.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, being very near the beach and activities. The room was ok. There is no armchair in the room. If you want to sit back and relax, you have to sit down on the bed. I found this uncomfortable. There were mosquitos in the room and a lizard on the wall. Not very relaxing. The breakfast is ok but many improvements can be made in various sections and the menu. Overall, it is ok for the price and location.

The staff are lovely and friendly. The pool was clean, however, there were numerous rooms with large red tape over the door handles, making it look like a crime scene! My room had clean sheets and was reasonably clean, except for the plastic valance around the bed base, that was really dirty. For $35aud I would stay again if I had a short stop before flying out. It's well located between Lipo mall and Kartika Plaza and about 15 mins to the airport.
Room (2/5): Pleasant superior room. Comfy mattress and clean sheet. Walls need some repaint. AC works fine. Shower not hot enough. Unfortunately a dead roach we found was a turn off. Food (?/?): We skipped breakfast to catch our early flight but all the dishes looked nice. Location (5/5): The location could not be more on point. One of main nightlife street in Kuta, with many restaurants and live music venues, also very close to airport. Service (5/5): Hospitable reception from the get go. Fast check-in time. Verdict: We had a pleasant stay even for a short time. Basement occasionaly get flooded during heavy rain. Undoubtedly a perfect choice given the price and location.
The property offers solid amenities and is conveniently located near shopping areas, making it easy to explore. Housekeeping does a commendable job keeping everything clean and tidy, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. While there are some minor areas for improvement, the overall experience is enjoyable, with friendly staff and decent facilities that cater well to guests' needs.
We had a pleasant stay at Eden Hotel Kuta Bali. The location is very convenient—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and the airport—yet the hotel still feels calm and relaxing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a great value for a comfortable stay in Kuta.
Lovely inexpensive hotel. Great for if you have a late night flight and want somewhere 10 minutes from the airport to stay until you have to leave. Staff are gorgeous and it is immaculately clean. 5 minute walk to Waterbom and Kartika Plaza

Une expérience mémorable ! Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite car la chambre standard que nous avions réservée n'était pas disponible. L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. Et comme toujours à Bali, le personnel était extrêmement gentil et serviable. Un grand merci pour cette belle attention !
