Dysfuntional toilet”
I book 2 rooms for a family of 4 people. Room 205 and 207. Toilet in room 205 is bad. The shower had no shower head and so cannot shower. My children had to use the toilet bowl faucet pipe to take their bath while seating on the toilet bowl because the length of the pipe cannot reach the body standing up. Really, really bad toilet. My room 207 have shower head, but there is a really bad smell coming from the toilet floor, smells like from the sewer. This hotel need to do maintenance on their toilets. Other than that the room is ok and clean. Location very near GM and convenient to go. When tired of walking around easy to go back to hotel and relax.

The room very smelly until it is hard to breathe..ask to change another room,the staff said it cannot be done since i have book the room from apps..fortunately the staff nice enough help us to rid the smell..

I can have a very good hotel with the same amount. I stayed with my family. all the pictures are not the same as we arrived. so dirty. the pillow, the sheets, the bed, and the bathroom are so dirty. It is like they are not washing the bedsheets, they just like changing it. very poor. this is my first time and last time staying here.

good thing -beside to GM klang -mamak restaurant nearby -ample parking poor things -smelly aircond -tv no function -dirty wall -the bed spring can feel straight to your skin. very stressful. -no nearby groceries at night this referring to room no 210 and 212 only. not sure other room.

Very far different from the site in Agoda. Supposed to be no smoking room and no windows i've stuck with smoke smells, ciggarette butt at the toilet, not not clean properly can't say sanitize?. Check in should at 2 but only 3pm can check in

Totally service is very bad and poor .I won't stay this hotel anymore . Everytime when i wanna use toilet or shower room i have to go downstair to tell reception to turn on the water. Room overall not clean. Not recommend for this hotel.
