Moldy smell from old AC. Stinking carpets. Paperthin doors. Poor English. No useful help to find motorbike rental or veg eateries. Staff seem laid back and reactive rather than proactive, a reflection of the owners. Only plus is location, if you arrive at the bus station.

A day and one night before we moved to another.”

We used to visit this small town many times. We could see good and bad points of these hotels. Fah Place Hotel is one another with good location where we can walk to any places. The owner and staff are friendly. We were leaving early at 05.00 am. The hotel made an impressive morning call both by phone and door knock. Bike rent was easily returned at 05.00 am. after a half night use of it. The room was no window and bad air ventilation. It's non sense to increase price to higher floors since all rooms are the same. Generally, the higher is the cheaper because there is no elevator.

Lacklustre room,dark and dreary,no carpets,pictures etc.Asked to be relocated to a higher floor where we could,at least,open a balcony door to let some light in,did not offer to refund the difference even though the room we chose was much cheaper. Little animation or interaction with staff and no breakfast provided.No lift to the higher floors or help from staff with luggage.
