Les plus : - une chambre toute équipée : serviettes, brosses à dents, micro ondes, bouilloire, cuiseur à riz, séche-cheveux, frigo, vaisselle à disposition, table, chaises, téléviseur, wifi (+ amplificateur de wifi fourni à l'arrivée),clim ... - prix raisonnable - grande chambre comparée aux standards tokyoïtes - emplacement plutôt central pour visiter Tokyo Les moins : - insonorisation inexistante, et il y a du bordel la nuit, - pas de ménage pendant la durée de votre séjour (mais aspirateur à disposition dans la chambre et possibilité de descendre à l'accueil si besoin de changer des serviettes ou draps apparemment) Hotel plutôt agréable pour les 10 jours que nous avons passé à Tokyo, le lit est plutôt grand pour les standards japonais, et la literie n'est pas confortable avec des ressorts un peu partout mais on s'y fait. Laverie bien pratique et pas chère (200 yens la machine à laver, 100 la dose de lessive, et 100 le séchage, soit en gros 3.5€ le tout).

The hotel is VERY spacious compared to all the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. It is also conveniently situated close to a subway station and the entire staff were very nice and accommodating. The only con, for us at least, was that unfortunately the guests beside our room were VERY loud and noisy. Im rarely bothered by such things but this one was a little uncomfortable cause of all the banging, running, screaming, crying that was going on from before we left the hotel until we came back from exploring. It was a little sad but definitely not the hotel’s fault. Still, I’d stay there for sure. I recommend it esp if you know you’ll have a lot of luggage. ^^

Since my family and I are usually out most of the day, this hotel was the perfect one for us. The price range was within our budget and there were groceries, convenience stores, and enough restaurants around the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The usual perks like laundry area and vending machines were there too. Just take note that it is a bit of a self-service hotel so you must throw your own trash and request for new towels or linens. I do hope to return someday!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is located near Kiyosumi-shirakawa Tokyo Metro station, you just go out exit A1, 5 minutes walk.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The room was spacious but I accidently booked the room without kitchen. My mistake. The hotel was easily accessible via two subway stations, about 10 mins walking. The only setback was the hotel does not provide any breakfast and room cleaning. Anyway, it is highly recommended.

Quite residential area, only 200 metres from Main Street with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Close to several different subway/metro lines. Very helpful hotel staff. Laundry facilities.

-Good location. Near to marts to get your daily groceries, 700m to Odeo line, playgrd. If you are carrying big bags and want to use the lift, pls use A3exit at the train station. We didnt know as we exited at A1 & hv to use the long stairs carrying big bags with strollers until we discovered the A3 exit at that Odeo station. - Excellent facilities in the room including mini kitchen for us to cook simple meals before we started our Tokyo tours. The furnitures are quite old but still functional.

Near to station, good cooking facilities and the star is their size of room which bigger compared to other standard hotel in Tokyo. Will come back.

Better accommodation than advertised. Staff English not brilliant, but neither is my Japanese. Should have the choice of whether you wish to use the stairs or not, especially if your not comfortable using lifts. However would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is nothing fancy here, actually a little old, but that is not the reason we stayed here. We just needed an affordable place to stay overnight in Tokyo without having to pay for 2 rooms. For a family of 5. It is about a 7-10 minute walk from the train station . They provided basic amenities for 3, including toothbrushes with toothpaste and razors. The bed mattresses were a little hard and you could feel the springs in them
