Le pire hôtel de notre voyage en Asie ! ”
Je ne laisse pas souvent des commentaires mais j’ai jugé utile cette fois ci de donner mon avis tant le décalage entre la description de l’offre et la réalité est grand. Le gérant n’est pas accueillant, pas aidant et même impoli. La chambre n’est composée que d’un lit (pas de couette, aucun meuble), les draps sont sales, la salle de bain également (très rudimentaire, seulement eau froide). Aucune wifi à l’exception du restaurant. Il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres ni même vers l’extérieur (seulement une moustiquaire). Concernant l’emplacement, l’hôtel est assez loin de l’animation nocturne mais également des belles plages de l’île, donc si vous ne disposez pas de scooter les déplacements deviennent vite très coûteux. En conclusion, le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas du tout rentable.

AWFUL”
This is the first time of my life that I am writing a review of a hotel, because I would like to warn other people who are planning to stay here: DON'T DO IT. Main reasons: - the staff gave us the feeling that we were in a prison; -terrible hygiene, the room was very dirty and full of big insects (including bed bugs and rats); We knew that this hotel was something basic and we knew upfront what we could expect for this amount of money, but it was a major disaster! Never slept in such a bad place!

Everything was just horrible, the bathroom is in very bad conditions, and the worst thing is that all the room was filled with ants that got in to our bags. The owners didn’t want to give us the money back. We just left even though we paid for two more nights. Felt like a nightmare.

We had a good stay here. We got the seafront bungalow which was lovely to wake up to. The staff are not the friendliest around.... But didn't need to communicate a lot with them so that was ok. Food at the restaurant and coffee is good. You definitely need a scooter to move around.

Beautiful and peaceful location, the views from the restaurant were incredible! Mike and Mama were friendly hosts and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Bungalows are basic which we expected but we didn't need much else. Not quite as clean as other places we've stayed but everything else was great

if you want basic, affordable with most magical sunset you will ever see, this is it. ”
Solo traveller on a budget, the accommodations is very basic, but right on the beach which is a very rustic vibe, however clean, please don’t expect a five star resort as it’s not however Mike and Mamma (who run the show) are 5 star hosts, lights out in the bar at 8 , mamma food is perfect! If you want chill, downtime, there this little spot is perfect, if you don’t have a bike you can jump a cab at the top of the road! To get round the rest of the island

Lovely Beach Location w/ Great Restaurant”
This little beach shack was perfect for what we needed for a few nights. It was nice to have a unit with AC even if the place was pretty small. The beach views and sunsets are stunning & we really liked the owners/staff who also operate the restaurant (an about 9 page menu of all different varieties of food). We were pleasantly surprised and though we have moved locations we will occasionally go to eat at the restaurant. Keep in mind this is right on the tourist laden beach front so on Saturday night things become very loud. Overall would recommend!

Violent Owner & Poisonous Insects in the Room”
One of the worst Hotel experiences I have ever had. This is a long review, but please read it before you decide to stay here. I booked 7 bungalows at a relatively cheap price and my friends over new years eve since I wanted to make sure we all stayed together. When we arrived, the owner accused me of trying to resell the rooms and threatened to beat me up (raised his hand threatening to hit me in the face) and call the police, even though I was trying to show him videos of everyone in the group traveling together throughout thailand, he didn't want to see them. Finally he managed to settle down a bit and I was able to check in (make sure the name on the reservation matches the name on the passport otherwise he won't let you check in and will not refund you for your reservation. also if you check out early, no refund for remaining nights and you are not allowed to give the room to someone else to stay instead of you) After checking in, we went out for dinner and check out the island a bit, coming back to the room around 2am. The staff were not there anymore, gone to sleep for the night. My girlfriend went to have a shower and after a few minutes she starts screaming and comes running out of the bathroom. A cockroach had climbed up her leg while she was showering. Ok, not great, but not a deal breaker. So I went into the bathroom and looked around and there was a SCORPION in the corner of the shower room!!! I immediately grabbed a plastic cup and put it over the scorpion and went to look for the staff. I couldn't find the staff, I had no idea where their house was. I tried calling them, but no answer either. I looked around a bit more and found 2 centipedes near the fridge and some unknown other large bug in the sink. Naturally my girlfriend said there is no way she was staying in that room anymore, but it was new years eve and pretty much everything was sold out on Koh Phangan. After a bit of searching I found a cancellation at SEA VIEW RESORT (more than double
