Superbe”
This is a very nice hotel with excellent location and helpful staff! The room is a bit plain, however it's quite enough for travelers. Breakfast is very good that I could come back to Mongolia for it. I will choose this hotel again if I visit UB.

5 Stars for Cleanliness and Service”
The hotel's exterior does not do it justice. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The WiFi connection was good. Location too was great. Would certainly recommend this place.

Perfect Home base”
We used the Guide hotel as a base in UB before, between and after trips to National Parks. The staff were really helpful and the location was great for exploring UB. Not a smart area at all, but fine.

Quite good”
Staff are very nice and willing to try to speak English even though they are not very good at. Airport transport service is good and price is reasonable. Manager is very nice and helpful and good at speaking English. They always ask us if any breakfast is needed for tmr morning.One disappointing experience is there is no water provision for few hours till 8pm. But the other days are fine. Other than that, everything is ok. And I think they deserve 3stars instead of 2stars only

Great staff and good location.”
A great stay here at the Guide Hotel. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable, basic, but perfect for what you needed. Near to the main areas of interest and close to restaurants and bars. All in walking distance, which is a bonus. We asked for a pick up from the train station, which went smoothly. We have stayed in many hotels where the pick up did not happen, so this was an excellent start. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend.

便利で清潔、スタッフ対応にも満足”
中心部に近くて清潔感もあり、とても便利なホテルでした。ウォーターサーバーがあるのも嬉しいポイントです。ただし入り口周辺が奥まったところなので、夜は暗くなります。どのスタッフも英語が流暢で、いくつかのお願いにも快く対応してくれました。総合的に、とても良い滞在でした。

静かでスタッフの対応も良いホテル”
ウランバートルの北よりにあるホテル。口コミの評価が良いので泊まってみました。 ホテルの周りは、暗くて、少し怖い感じがしましたが、道の反対側には、インド料理店もあり、 夕飯はこちらで食べました。安くて美味しかったです。 スタッフの女性も男性も新設で良かったです。 難点は１つ、シャワーのお湯は勢いがありません。
