Quel dommage de traverser une période difficile cet hôtel et somptueux les chambres sont immenses un service impeccable une cuisine délicieuse des bungalows magnifiques sur la plage loin du monde et du tourisme je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel et puis pour les fêtards il y a quelques kilomètres 20 minutes en voiture exactement le village cham ma pour faire la fête qui est très animé

Old hotel”

According to new hotels that pop up everyday around cha-am/huahin they need to step it up! I was not happy with everything except the stunning pool. They hotel itself was quite old and they need to renovate the whole thing. Altho the surrounding was very green but the room was a tragedy. Curtain was old. Shower was leaking. Aircon doesn't work properly. The bed was not comfortable. and for the price i paid I could get a better deal somewhere else.

The resort area is quite large, feel relax and comfortable. I can see the beach in front of my room. The beach is private and clean. The staff is ok. Wifi signal is poor. Breakfast is buffet but the kind of food is not much.

very quiet, isolated location, friendly and helpful staff, property does not seem to be well maintained, I have booked a garden villa 3 months in advance prior to check-in and found windows and curtains very dirty in awful condition, after complaints have got an upgrade to the beach villa which was much better, cleaner but the windows and curtains were also dirty. good breakfast.

Lovely / Privacy / back to the old day”

A lovely resort with helpful staff. Situate next to own private beach. Nice pool. Large garden. Room a bit oldfashion but well maintainance. Nothing much to do, just swim,read a book, sleep in a lazy day. Breakfast so simple not variety.

Hansar was a very understaffed run down property that needs complete renovation. It was at least 10 years old with a minor facelift a few years ago by current operator. It was poorly maintained, therefore no longer in a condition to be advertised as a 4 star resort. Booked 2 two-bedroom huts with extra beds for 3 nights but checked out after the first. - The property is neither clean nor safe enough for travelers. Many amenities are not functional. You need to cross a pit of garbage and construction debris and climb down the damn that is falling apart to get to the beach. The shower area flooded right after usage. Paints chipped off everywhere. Sun lounges were with big holes,there were no pool towels, no service at pool area. - During the visit only 6-8 staffs are around to keep up with cleaning, checking in and out. Only 1 waiter at the 50 seats restaurant. We have to place order inside the kitchen directly with the cooks. Food was good and the only waiter there was nice. In conclusion, I wouldn't mind paying 500 - 1,000 baht for the same location and facilities. The 5,000++ rate is unjustifiable. Bangkok office was contacted with complaints. I was given full refund for the rooms.

Dirty and land of mosquito!”

Not able to sleep whole night because a lots mosquito in room since the door is not able to close properly, bedsheet is dirty when check in and also kekco is inside the roof of my room that make sounds all night!

Rooms are outdated”

It was a good for a one night stay.rooms are so outdated. Restaurant looks like its not been cleaned for months. Our room where we stayed at looks like it had just been renovated becUse we could smell the paint.upon check out as we check our bill we found out that they have not charge us for lunch, we have to inform the front desk. I find the staff very friendly and helpful but seemed disorganized.

Good location, good staff, but old place ”

The location was perfect as it is so private, however the resort was too old (cleanliness is fair) and need immediate renovation comparing to the price. Staff was shortage but all are very helpful and supportive. I’d recommend this place if it is renovated like other in Hansar group elsewhere.

I stay Casuarina everytime to go at Cha-Am. it's good place but the building's old and i think you should renovate it.
