A cheat and a thief”

He didn't give me the room that was booked and prepayed. He gave a lesser room. Then wouldnt reimburse the difference. Telling us to claim back from agoda. We left after a strong argument and no reimbursement.

Good family run hotel ”

Good choice, good value for price. Big and clean room. Restaurant on roof was simple yet tasty. Family was very social and kind. Spent time talking to us about city and the life there. Would go back again

Find somewhere else”

Bad from start to finish. Arrived at 23.30. Email on website not viewable. Could not notify of late arrival. Hotel in darkness. Boy asleep in reception. Owner eventually appeared. Claimed he did not receive email from agoda of our booking. Would not honour our booking although we paid in full. Instead offered us approx 45% more expensive room. Eventually owner accepted no further payment required. Difficult to leave through reception at 05.30 due to sleeping bodies on floor. No written record of our stay kept by hotel.

Lovely basic hotel”

Stayed two nights. AC rooms basic but clean, everything working. The teo brothers running the place are very nice and a great help. Very near to the fort, towering above their rooftop restaurant.

Pleasant stay in good location”

I was really impressed with the view of the Fort from my window. The hotel location is in the small narrow streets of the old town near the clock tower area, lots of atmosphere and interesting places to explore. Walking distance to the fort via the back streets, can be a bit tiring but beats the silly long way via a tuk tuk / taxi. Was pleasantly surprised with quality of the food, although would be nice to get a smile out of the restaurant staff. Nice management staff.....i had to check out a day early to meet friends at another city...when i told the reception he kindly told me i don't haver to pay for my laundry. A gesture much appreciated ! ...

Bright, sunny room with a fantastic view”

Couldn't be happier with my stay at Hare Krishna. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful from day 1. I had a fort view room which had huge windows so there was plenty of sunlight during the day. A comfortable place to chill and beat the heat on hot days. Internet worked great in the room as well. The 5-minute walk to the clock tower market is delightful. So picturesque the all around here. Will miss this place!

We have a good time there.And everyone there is friendly, we can cook by our own and enjoy our family food.

Our stay at this hotel was good, the view of the fort was amazing from the roof top restaurant, the staff was very helpful in organizing day trips, the food at the restaurant was very well priced. The only complaint I have is about the room. There were plenty of windows but you could not open a single one due to privacy issues.

Quirky Guest house”

Arrived during a big rain. Water was poring down into the court yard but the host still seemed happy to see us. He showed us the room we had booked. It was quite small, so opted to up grade to a larger room full of Rajhstani trinkets. The wait for food was massive - over hour. The rain had stopped the cook from getting to the hotel. Hay ho, we chatted and watched the storm, whilst the children squabbled.

Hare Krishna is a great guesthouse, freindly staff and nice clean rooms. The rooftop restaraunt is a great place to chill out with an awesome view of the fort and city. There are also rooms available with the fort view as well

small unclean rooms, staffs are not so helpful, even no one took or luggage to romms. we had to do ourselves. didnt like the stay much.
