De passage au Japon pour notre lune de miel nous avons prolongé notre séjour à Tokyo et avons pris une nuit dans cet hôtel. Bilan : personne à la réception, vous êtes accueillis( littéralement )par des robots. C’est marrant 5 minutes mais passé l’amusement c’est juste absurde. Ils ne sont pas en fonction avant 15h, heure du check-in, heureusement( et c’est le seul point positif ), vous pouvez laisser vos bagages avec des cadenas. Par contre ne comptez pas les y laisser après le check out, sinon il faudra payer. La chambre était relativement grande pour les standards japonais mais le lit d’une dureté abominable. Autre gros point noir, tout est en japonais donc après avoir compris que le chauffage était en mode climatisation( en hiver ....), nous avons bataillé un long moment pour le faire fonctionner armés d’un traducteur automatique. Il lui a fallu 15 bonnes minutes pour se mettre à chauffer vraiment. Pour le même prix vous pouvez trouver mieux. Mais le personnel est adorable.

Il s'agit d'une expérience intéressante du point de vue de la robotisation future . Cela convient pour quelques nuitées car il y a toujours la possibilité de contact humain pour une assistance.

Nous avions réservé une nuit et voulions finalement 2 nuits. Nous appelons quelqu'un à l'aide du téléphone. Cette personne (homme) maitrise à peine l'anglais. Du coup, on réserve sur agoda la 2 nuits, moins cher qu'en direct. Le personnel nous explique alors qu'il faut faire le checkout à 11h après la 1ere nuit et re-faire le checking à 15h le même jour, pour la 2e nuit, probablement du fait qu'il s'agisse de 2 réservations. C'est ridicule. Du jamais vu! En plus, une des femmes du personnel a été vraiment inhumaine avec ma sœur qui était malade (voir autre commentaire). We booked one night and wanted to add one night when we arrived. We called someone at the reception with the phone. This person barely spoke English. So we booked on agoda the 2nd night. The staff then explained that checkout should be done at 11am after the 1st night and checkin at 3pm for the 2nd night. Incredible! Never seen that before! There is a woman who was not nice at all with my sick sister (see review) .

The bathroom & rooms were very clean with complete toiletries. Pillows were the special kind - 2 only per room were provided. No coffee on the room nor water but water in japan in safe. Could improve by adding microwave even on budget rooms but highly recommended. Staff speak limited english but very helpful. If you book via agoda expect to call staff as passport is not registered yet. has a handy phone you can bring around japan & a safe. The drier / iron thingy is confusing we were not able to use it haha but it will be very helpful for others. Everything is automatic / mechanical even the fish. Will come back again Ps: Asakusabashi Jr station does not have elevator so it is not advisable for oldies and with big heavy luggage

The location is great, a minute walk from Asakusabashi train station for the Chuo-Sobu Line. Add another minute for the Asakusa Line. The room are comfortable and large enough for the price you pay, and come complete with what one would expect in a hotel like this. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Impeccable service. Would recommend if you are with family or a group of friends.

Nice self service hotel! Greated by robots but we couldn't check in so we called staff. I believe they don't serve breakfast but there's an Indian restaurant at the ground floor, also lot's of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean with basic supplies. They have a service phone with internet and local calls so no need to purchase SIM or rent wifi.

Clean room, cleaned everyday with new towels and pajamas, spacious, near both JR line and Subway, near alot of convenient stores and restaurants. Bonus: gachapon downstairs :)

The hotel is really great, no smoking smells like it is the case in a lot of japanese hotels. Staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are bigger than others hotels in Tokyo. Really good times here.

The Robots are so cuteeeee... Hotel room are small but that was enough since we only bring 1 big luggage. Location are good since this location has a direct train to Haneda/Narita Aiport (Toei Line / A Line), and also has JR Station (JR Asakusabashi Station). From Station to Hotel only about 300 mtr. There are many of Combinii and restaurant near at this Hotel area and Hotel provide Breakfast (Indian Restaurant).

Loved this hotel . The area , decor and cleanliness is great . The staff being robots is funny and was an easy access checking out but I do still like having that customer service . I would 100% stay at this hotel and another Henna hotel again

Love both robots at the counter and fish robots swimming at aquarium! Rooms are more spacious than any other hotels within same area and same price range, bigger tv with portable handy phone number which is very useful for travellers. Highly recommended!
