Location is excellent as its just opposite to Haneda Monorail and there are convenient stores, pharmacy, nice reasonable price restaurants and cafes within 2-3 minutes walk. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Im impressed with the clothes freshener machine in the room, its very useful!

Room 1109 had good corner view of city and Tokyo Tower. TV had Google ChromeCast. Sausage breakfast. Well-designed rooms. 1 min away from subway and about 2 min from JR. Would stay again. More modern than I expected!

When we checked in here, we were welcomed with the Robot staffs which is really cool! Our room is very small which I think is like a normal size hotel room in Japan. So we dont really have a place to put our luggages and stuffs. Very clean! We have a huge TV and they provide a smart phone with fast internet so you can use it while visiting the rest of Tokyo. Bathroom is small too but clean! And YES, they have a bidet!! A good bidet ;) Location is good too. There’s restaurants and convenience stores nearby and the Hamamatsucho station is like 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. You can actually see the tokyo tower in the hotel Staffs are very friendly and nice! Overall our stay was excellent! Will definitely go back again!

I will stay at this place again the next time i visit Tokyo. Interesting experience with robot reception. Room was decently spacious and was happy with the size of the bathroom (a wee bigger than the usual small-ish bathroom/toilets). Every bit counts for a big sized man :) Good convenient location.

Pros: Good location near to Yamanote lines which brings you to the main shopping areas; swift check in and out with the robot front desk; provides dry clean machines in the room Cons: Staff was not well versed in English; only 1 room card provided so requested for an extra room card but understand that their system has been down since the day i checked in hence gave up with the request; no free bottled water provided

The hotel location is great! You can either take train to Daimon St or Hamamatsucho St and just 3 to 5 minutes walk to the hotel. There is laws on convenience store, coffee house and cosmetics store and eateries nearby. If you wish to go to Haneda Airport, just take monorail near Hamamatsucho St (next building to the St).

Best location if you need to stay close to the Monorail for Haneda airport or Yamamote Line.”
Very convenient hotel both if you need to go to Haneda airport and if you want to visit the city. Two metro lines just a few steps away. Lower price than other hotels being more “central” even if this one is very well located. Rooms, cleanliness, services are exactly the same than the average of Tokyo. Very nice and easy the robotized check-in.

As reported by Mr/Mrs.Luca, we will arrive at Hamamatsucho Station in about 1 to 2 minutes on foot from JR Hamamatsucho Station or Daimon Station on the subway, and a short monorail from Haneda Airport in about 16 minutes. I had been frequent traveler to Tokyo since 1994, I stayed 5 nights (7th-12th October) and on 12th due to strongest Typhoon Hagibis approaching Tokyo, I’m rushing to other hotel due flight delay, I forgot to take my 2 highball beer and one small bottle of unopened whiskey in the fridge. When I realised and came back try to find it, unfortunately the staff let me waited for more than 40 minutes and came out told me that they couldn’t find it. I know is my mistake but I am disappointed on 1) the ‘integrity’ of the hotel cleaner. 2) the reaction of the hotel staff that keep me waiting for more than 40 minutes. I won’t mind that they told me immediately that they can’t find it as it is my mistake, but how can you let me waited for more than 40 minutes without any one attend to me. I won’t be coming back to this hotel anymore.

Even by Japanese standards the room was small and the robot reception is just a gimmick that fails. Better to call the staff. If you can get a cheap rate it is ok, if not I would look elsewhere.

There is a Lawson very near hand the train station is about 5 minutes away. The check in system is via robots. Unfortunately staff can’t really speak English so had trouble understanding us.

Disappointing”
The reason why I picked this hotel was because of the novelty of having a robot receptionist and also for its close proximity to Hamamatsucho Station. When we arrived, both robot receptionists did not function. Then when we went to the room, the room was small. While the place was very clean, I was also disappointed that we were charged extra for 10 minutes past checkout time. It was just a mere 10 minutes that we were late yet we were charged. There was no grace period or anything. I know it was our fault and the penalty was not big, and so I did not contest. However, it would have been nice to have a grace period.

Great location close to south end of Tokyo and many public transportation options ”
Pros: Great location as it's only less than 5 mins walk across the street from Hamamatsucho JR Yamanote line (green line)/monorail/Oedo line(red line). Remember to take north exit out. Elevators closer to north exit/center of stn. Clean, quiet (while we were there) NON SMOKING ! Lots to eat in and around the area & at Hamamatsucho stn. Closest convenience store is on the way to the hotel on the right side of the lights on the main street. About 3 mins from hotel. Family mart on 2nd floor of train stn in WTC building(connected to train stn). Excellent location away from main tourist area. Closer to Tokyo stn/Ginza area and new toyosu fish mkt (new tsukiji market location)/Odaiba area... Rm size adequate. Cons: If you're going to Ikebukaro /Shibuya /Shinjuku /Harajuku areas then best not to stay here as it's at least 30 mins away. Don't spend precious time on subways /trains. No early check in but you can leave luggage before and after check in /out. No charge while I was there.
